Drain Doctor - York Bewertungen

Prompt, efficient service. Extremely easy to contact and attended on the same day. Very efficient and courteous work team.

We had a blocked toilet in a second floor en-suite. We had another well known company who quoted us a ridiculous amount and needed two people to complete the job. Lee came from the Selby branch to have a look and quoted us a reasonable price and talked us through a great procedure to unblock the toilet, that actually made sense. Lee came on time and unblocked the toilet, we were amazed, maybe because we had been told by another company it was going to be so difficult. Lee was very friendly and got the job done. Highly recommend DrainDoctor.

They are very friendly and supportive. My job was completely and they have to come back few times to complete it. Many thanks 👍

I have used DrainDoctor a few times for unblocking drains and they have always been excellent. This time I also needed some repair work to a couple of drain covers. Again, an excellent job, taking care and attention.

Fast response. Polite man that came out.
Thank you for your fast call out

We used DrainDoctor for a second opinion due to a blocked drain. They attended the property and reviewed the issue, checked the drain blockage and managed to unblock it the same day, professional and efficient. Advised the previous company had been trying to unblock the wrong drain which was a dead end.

Our bath and sink was taking ages to drain out, we contacted Drain Doctor, who responded straight away & arranged for a visit the following day.
The two guys who turned up were very friendly & professional & explained the process of what they needed to do.
We now have a fully functioning bathroom again.
I would definitely recommend using this company

Great service as always from our Drain Doctor. Arrived earlier than expected, always friendly and a reasonable price. Would highly recommend and won’t hesitate to use again should the need arise. Thank you!

I had a drain that had crumbled in more than one place, and passed under the conservatory. A further complication was another breakage (caused by a fence post) right on the property boundary and directly under a tree. The guys were able to fix all the problems without the need to disturb the conservatory and were even able to remove and replace the tree (many thanks once again). Brilliant service.

Cleared our drains and sorted a collapsed drain quickly and efficiently nice lads.

1st class service from the first contact. We were contacted quickly and the communication was excellent. Huge thank you to our engineer Ian. He not only unblocked the drain but also found the root cause of the problem as to why our outdoor drain kept blocking. We have had several visits from various companies over the years and drain doctor are the first company who have gone above and beyond to help us solve the issue. We couldn't fault Ian he was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Arrived on time, nice and polite, happy to explain what they were doing, tidy and organised. Completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Helpful and polite guys on site, got the job done, no fuss and cleared up after themselves - can't ask for more.

This is the second time we've used Drain Doctor (for different drains) and both times a good experience. Came when they said, friendly and professional, and really took the time to work out what the issue was and do everything they could to make sure it was a lasting solution.

Arrived around the time expected, inspected the job gave a quote quickly and got on with sorting it out satisfactorily.

Fantastic service. Regular updates re arrival time from Neil and Helen in the office.
Lee was brilliant - he literally uncovered a ‘hidden’ manhole and the source of the problem very quickly. He left us with clear drains an understanding of our problem and information on solutions.

As a single woman, dealing with tradesman makes me nervous (as I don't deal with them very often). However, Neil at Drain Doctor York was lovely over the phone and email, very friendly and explained how they work.
And Owen was fantastic. Arrived on time, very friendly, professional, explained what he was going to do to sort the problem, and did a great job sorting the plumbing issue.
I received a very professional service from start to finish, great communication throughout, and will definitely use again should I need. I will also recommend in the future.
Thanks Owen, Neil and the Team, 10/10 service. Vicky

Awesome service the young lad who came and did it was spot on explained pricing before starting but worth every penny as everything running as it should

Brilliant service, very happy. A skilled and friendly professional, creative problem solving with a tricky old drain and courteous interaction throughout. Highly recommended.
