Drain Doctor - Oxford Bewertungen

Luke was very polite & professional. Solved the problem we had with our blocked urinals & left the toilets as he found them clean & tidy.

Quick to come out to my blocked bath, clear and straightforward about pricing, very hard working and reliable. Job turned out to be tricky and they stayed until it was done and left it all clean and tidy. Will definitely use again, thanks.

Called at lunchtime on Friday and James was at the premises at 9am on Monday as per the 2hr window given by Angela. Great service, done quickly and professionally.

Firstly, Drain Doctor responded quickly to my request for help to clear a blocked kitchen drain.
When Lewis (the engineer) arrived he clearly outlined the possible levels of treatment which may prove necessary and the cost of each. He then set about investigating the problem, and clearing the considerable build up of material blocking the drainage pipes. As he progressed he explained what he was doing, and showed me that the pipes were completely clear, and draining water was flowing freely. He finally cleaned the surrounding area, and advised me how to avoid the problem reoccurring.
I was grateful for Lewis' professional and friendly manner. Excellent service and money well spent!

Drain Doctor were very quick to respond to my enquiry and also to send an engineer. The engineer assessed the problem and I was given a price before the work was done. Everything was dealt with efficiently and expertly. It couldn't have been a better experience.

responsive to call, understanding and pro active. brilliant service from the trade person on site, polite and efficient.

Very helpful & the blockage was sorted very quickly. Thank you.

Brilliant customer service ; quick efficient and reliable!

James turned up within 1 hour & fixed the problem very quickly & was friendly. Great service. Would recommend. Very good service.

Very rapid service and the engineer was cheerful and professional, got our drain sorted in no time. Great service!

The work was done efficiently and with clarity of information. The one slight criticism was that a message was sent at 21:00 last night saying our date needed to be rearranged. I had taken a day off work and so texted back requesting no change. The company thankfully got back and the job was done excellently and as scheduled.

Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable guy came to sort a blocked drain. Scheduled for 3pm but said he would try to get here earlier and he arrived about 1pm. Quick, efficient and effective job for a very reasonable price. Would totally recommend.

From the first phone interaction to when the engineer left the property, my experience with Drain Doctor (Oxford) was superb. Brad, the engineer, arrived ahead of time and was very polite, friendly and professional. He explained everything in layman's terms (always appreciated) and sorted our blocked drain in no time. The CCTV inspection report that followed was comprehensive and included some recommendations to prevent future issues occurring. As noted above, a superb all-round service.

Angela was professional with my enquiry and kept me updated of progress. James was also professional and efficient and did a great job. All done quicker than expected and cheaper too. First class. Highly recommended.

Another completely A1 visit from Drain Doctor. The chap was SO helpful and knowledgeable and has settled such a worry for me. I would never use any other company for my drains.

Great, friendly and efficient service

We used Drain Doctor twice and received the best service. There was a genuine willingness to help us when we needed help urgently and other places turned us down for same day visit. Everything was shown and explained to us with detail, pricing was explained. Most importantly, they did the job, they were responsive in their communications, they arrived when they said they will and charged what they quoted. Brad and Lewis completed the follow-up job efficiently and service was top notch just like on the first visit! I also noted how well they represented the business, their employer should be proud.

Lewis arrived early and called me he kept me informed through the whole process and cleaned up afterwards I’m so grateful that the problem is now fixed

James was brilliant throughout the whole process. He did a fantastic job of installing the channel drain, explained what he was doing as he progressed and was happy to answer all my questions....Really friendly and did a professional job. Timescales from requesting to completing was very quick, only took about two weeks from when I first called to enquire, which includes a couple of days being lost due to bad weather.

Louis from Drain Doctor was efficient, professional and a giver of sound advice. His kit was modern and fit for purpose. I would use them again.
