Very helpful and professional service from start to finish

Helpful and professional. Stayed till the job was done.

Chap who did the CCTV survey was very nice, but I had the survey on Thursday AM, was promised the report would be sent that night. It's Sunday and I'm £400+ out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Have rang Drain Doctor and they could do nothing for me other than email the local branch, which hardly feels like a suitable escalation. We're due to have works start on Tuesday and we don't know exactly what it is they need to do.

Easy and clear communication. Jack replaced a gully and drain pipe. Took pride in the quality of his work. Perfect. I would recommend based on this experience.

Rang to book an operative to come and resolve a blocked kitchen sink drain (between the external drain cover and the manhole). Their office rang back within 15mins to advise an operative would be with us within the hour. After about half an hour "Jack" turned up and checked the issue, freed the blockage and flushed the drain through.
Jack was an extremely professional and polite guy - if we ever have any further blocked drain issues, we'll be asking if Jack is avaialable.

Mark came to renew some pipes on our drive after having several toilet blockages.

He explained the problems as we viewed the camera going through the drain. The drain was that bad, the camera got stuck. That didn't phase Mark, he climbed in and got it free. Great that it hadn't got too far down the pipe, but shows how bad our drains were.
A much bigger job than I'd hoped...

He returned a few days later to begin the work. Took a few days to complete including digging really deep and re tarmacking the drive. Hail showers, cold weather but he never stopped. Hopefully sorted forever now!

Mark was very friendly from the word go, eased any worries I had and explained every query, no matter how daft!

He likes his tea strong with 2 sugars, very trusting and committed to getting the job done to customer satisfaction!

The major drainage work in the garden over 7 days was done in a professional manner. The guy doing most of the work on his own was pleasant and very hard working in all weathers. Good service all round. Would reccomend the company.

Drain was cleared and cleaned however it was severely over priced! If i would've known how much it normally was i wouldn't have agreed to have it done.
