Drain Doctor - Mid Scotland Bewertungen

Absolutely delighted with the initial quick response from Adam and the professionalism and friendliness from Ronnie the engineer.
Would definitely recommend!

Great service, fast and friendly

I have never been so glad to pay a bill as I was after Andrew retrieved the leaf guard from the drain from the roof. It took him all of 20 minutes to take the camera onto the roof, locate the guard in the downpipe and haul it back up. if left where it was the consequences would have been catastrophic. So calm & efficiently done. Thank you

Great response time and sorted out blockage very quickly. Will use again if we have trouble!

I was really happy the service provided by Drain doctor. They were quick to respond and they communicated well on the day in regards to arrival time etc. They were very kind to my elderly tenant and quickly solved the issue and explained the source of the problem so we could avoid future issues. Would definitely use again and recommend

Andrew arrived when he said and very quickly used his knowledge and experience to fix the blockage, excellent work

Andrew arrived promptly after phoning. Excellent communication by clearly explaining all procedures and price options. He was pleasant, helpful and mannerly and cleared the blockage very quickly. Thank you.

The plumber was able to come round within a few hours of my request, and was able to fix the problem in one visit, so I was pleased to get value for money

Quick, efficient and friendly! Would definitely use again.

Andy came and jetted the drain. Following day got quote to repair broken drain. Came today and did the repair. Andy and his colleagues were very pleasant and efficient. Would happily recommend the company to my friends and family. It's nice to get a company who are honest and reliable.

Carried out very quickly and efficiently.

First class service from this company, the drain got cleared & there was still a problem so it was all investigated & sorted out.

Drain Doctor came out to unblock my kitchen sink. This turned out to be a difficult time consuming job but was quoted for the initial job, for the addition of jetting and again for the additional man recommended for the job. Thankfully, and more importantly the price quoted is for the services they provide and not for the time they took to provide it. Very friendly, informative and kept me informed of the progress. I'm pretty switched on with stuff like this and can confirm that the additional cost of jetting was justified and needed, as was additional cost of the extra man. They earned their buttons on this job removing a couple of feet of solid fat from the dishwasher and sink pipe feed and worked with restricted access. They had the right tools and power equipment for the job and can say I was very happy for my house to have some much needed colonic irrigation after 16 years. Excellent guys!

Andrew arrived on site when he said he would. Talked us through the process and kept us fully informed at every stage and solved the immediate issue, but pointed out what should be done to prevent a similar issue. Very positive experience.

Very good service from initial enquiry to job on site

Adam sent Andrew as promised to fix a very tricky drain problem i had with internal main downpipe that needed descaling as it had a heavy buildup gradually over 40 years. He managed to the job done with a little imagination while Dynorod just told me lies and tried to rob me when they came out. Used Drain Doctor before and defo do again.

Andrew just left. What a decent gentle giant of a man. He sorted out my blocked drain with proficient ease. What a credit to Drain Doctor. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone in need of their services.

Called the Drain Doctor out very helpful and Barry explained everything that was wrong with my outside drainage system and cleared the system also advised of a solution to resolve the problem very happy with his professional approach in helping me out as I have had a very well known company out before and didn’t explain anything Well worth 5 stars

We got an appointment very quickly and Andrew did a great job at clearing a complete blockage in our kitchen drain. He explained what he was doing at each step, he identified the issue correctly and skilfully sorted it.
