Had a blocked waste drain, Drain doctor came out to flush the pipe. Ciaran was very professional, explained what he was doing, and what the problem was. Ciaran completed a comprehensive report with photos of the inside of the drain and gave recommendations. The waste drain was cleared, decided to book again to make good the pipes, requested for Ciaran to do the work, he's a good worker.

After finding ourselves in a right mess, Adrian came to the rescue.
A rapid response time from the team and he was on-site in just over an hour to help.
Throughout the entire investigation process Adrian was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He was also like a dog with a bone to figure the problem out, asking the neighbours for support/access where it's necessary and he wanted to resolve thus particularly tricky problem rather than leaving us in the lurch.

Drain Doctor Coventry have been amazing! We initially wanted a professional descale of our pipework. Ciaran came out, he was very thorough during the process, explaining what he was doing as he was going along. Very knowledgeable. He did a very thorough professional job. He was polite and friendly throughout. Unfortunately there were some underlying issues with our drainage that were subsequently found after the descaling of our pipework. Ciaran arranged to come back out in a timely manner that suited us to inspect and rectify the issue by putting a brand new drainage system insitu.
Himself & his colleague Charlie did a great job there, working together quickly and efficiently to cause as little disruption as possible. They both respected my property and took the time to clean up and left things as they found them which was very much appreciated.
A very thorough and extensive report was written after the job was complete too which was very much appreciated :)
Tash / Jess in the office were quick and responsive with emails and sending through quotes. Happy to answer any questions I had.

Rang Drain Doctor late Sunday afternoon due to a leaking bathroom pipe. Lovely lady advised over the phone that their team were all currently busy. Offered to put me on the standby list, but advised Monday morning would be more likely. Appreciated the honesty. The team arrived Monday morning as promised and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Very friendly and polite. Would definitely use their services again. 5 stars.

Used Charlie and Drain doctor for two years now, for variety of call outs. Whole team is a pleasure to deal with, professional, knowledgable and transparent. Prices are higher but for the peace of mind it has been worth it. Setting the standard that hopefully other trades will meet.

Great service, came out within a couple of hours of calling on a Sunday……sorted the problem really quickly and efficiently. Friendly and helpful guy 5 star service!

Ceiran came out within an hour of the phone call to Drain Doctor, he found the problem but explained it was a 2 man team needed. He booked us in for the following morning. Arrived when he said. It was a big job but him and Austyn were polite, friendly and worked hard to resolve the issue. They even cleaned up great after which was a big task in itself.

There would only be one thing I could recommend and that's when a customer is told they will get a call 30 minutes before the Drains Doctors arrive please adhere to this. I didn't receive the call and as I have a child will additional needs I couldn't prepare him for there arrival.

But a great service and would highly recommend.

Kieron the Technician was simply SUPERB! nothing was too much trouble for him and after cleaning up the blockage, caused by wet wipes ( we do not use these) in the sewer and all over the garden, he left the place immaculate.
I could have asked for no more.
