Simon arrived within the call time I'd been told over the phone. Lovely, polite lad. Very helpful in showing me and explaining to me what was wrong. Job didn't take long once the issue had been located. Bit more pricey than I thought it would be but I would recommend Drain Doctor to anyone if you want a quick and efficient job done. 4 stars from me

Drain Doctor in Bradford run by Ben and Lois Binns offer an excellent service. Our Engineer Joel made a great job of re-piping our down stairs toilet waste and even fixed the leaking Stop-Cock in our garage.
Also great communication from the office team. I spoke mainly with Sam who was very polite and courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

I had a major problem with tree roots in my drain pipes which were causing serious problems with water backing up into my property. They came out very quickly to assess what the problem was. The were very quick at coming back out to cut through the roots and clean the rest of the pipe. They were very friendly and did a really good job, I was very impressed. Would definitely advice anyone who has a drainage or plumbing problem to use them!

Excellent communication about the job, engineers arrived on time, were extremely pleasant and personable, got on with the job and did a good job, left no mess. Definitely would recommend.

Danny who came out to unblock my outside drain was friendly and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently.
I am pleased with the overall service, the drain was dealt with the same day I made the call.

Contacted the company, who got back to me the day after. When they arrived a couple of days later, the toilet had somehow unblocked itself. Still, the plumber checked all the toilet flushes, and the drain outside and never charged us. Simon Jones was courteous and knowledgeable. I’d definitely get Drain Doctor out again. I’m just sorry it was a wasted journey for them. I am very impressed with their customer service, and focus. Thank you very much for your help.

The young man who came, his name was Simon, was very thorough and courteous in his visit. The house belongs to my 89 year old Mother and he was kind and thoughtful being in an old lady's house. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Honestly. Couldn’t fault any of the service. From the gentleman who helped me on the phone. To the team that came and did the work.

DrainDoctor responded quickly to a call-out for a blocked down-pipe in our Warehouse on the 20th April. Zac quoted for the job there and then, which I accepted..... (obviously, as I needed the rain drainage clearing) he sorted the blockage and did a decent job. He did say that there was a lump of debris further down the line that needed further work and said that he would mention it when he returned to base. I agreed and asked him to get his office to send us a quote. I followed that up with an email to DrainDoctor - Bradford, but got no reply.
The Invoice came with the wrong details, but I emailed and got a reply to get that sorted (obviously) so I know that the emails addresses were clear of Spam.
I chased for a remedial work quote a week later and again didn't receive a reply...... I still have no reply, so I'll just go elsewhere, which is a shame as the guy did a good job.
Clearly the business model for DrainDoctor is to focus on call-outs where a problem needs fixing quickly and an 'on the spot' quote will be accepted with little, or probably no, interrogation of the price.
Obviously won't get the return business, but if they're getting greater margin work from call-outs are they bothered ?...... probably not !

Fast, efficient and friendly. Came when they said they would (same day), fixed our emergency issue and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would reccomend 👍

The lads that did the job were great, tried to make sure everything was working fine before they left. When they came back to finish the last part of the job, they also relaid some of the paving that had sunk slightly. All inall a good job.

The technition was a good lad ,he showed me what was wrong with my drain pipes via the camera and told me the best way to sort the problem.There was a gap between a pipe and a drain had not been seeled properly before a house extension had been put up. Smells were leaking from a redundant drain under the floor
