Excellent, efficient, friendly

Mark James was brilliant came out within a couple of hours diagnosed the issue, gave us a quote and then fixed it there and then. Very knowledagble proffesional. Happy customer.

The company fitted a new water treatment plant to replace an old cesspit on its last legs. It was not an easy replacement but the team worked very hard, efficiently and in a way that gave confidence. The team were pleasant, communicative and worked to cause a minimum of disruption - we were only "off line" as it were for abour 2 hours during the 5 day process. Would totally recommend for similar work.

Made enquiry and they phoned straight back so friendly. Time and date booked in. Rang on the day 15mins before arrival.
Checked the problem went and checked all other drains and quoted there and then. Cleared and checked everything running back to normal within 10mins. Really happy with the work and reliability. Definitely turn to this company again for help. Thankyou x

Next day service to fix my blocked drain - very pleasant technician, who took time to jet wash out all the grease, rather than just rodding it, and who was honest about what was needed (and more importantly was honest about telling me nothing else was needed!). Great service, would definitely use again.

Friendly ‘front of house’ lady who was efficient and provided good overview of what to expect. Gained information to let us know when Jake would arrive particularly useful when trying to run a business . Jake friendly and explained well the problem and how he would solve it. Had the drain doctor company in today for a blocked toilet the company was very professional and contacted us not long after receiving our enquiry they sent a very nice young lad round called Luke who was very polite and tidy in the work that he carried out highly recommend
