Called DPF Dr out to check my Mercedes vito which had come out of the main dealership with engine management light on after they carried out a recall. After returning the van to them to correct, after a week they told me my DPF was full and I needed a new one!?!?!
Colin from DPF dr came out bang on time promised and had my van fixed within 30 minutes!! .
Did not try to charge me more by needlessly cleaning my DPF and gave me a clear break down of what the issue was….. a loose pipe of all things, and this was after Mercedes main dealer had tried to tel me the DPF was full.
Would 100% recommend DPF dr before you go off and spend a fortune like I nearly did.

Amazing service today. I rang up with an issue with my DPF, were extremely friendly and helpful -came out within a couple hours and cleaned it and also sorted an issue with the EGR. As well as doing a full diagnostic and gave great recommendations. I’m really happy with the service start to finish thank you!

Fantastic work carried out, quoted for a DPF removal and delete. Workmanship was great even when problems occurred, overcame and adapted with perfect results. Was told 3.5hours for completion and was bang on with this estimation. 100% would recommend.

I had an issue with my Renault Trafic van. A local garage said it was the DPF and if a blast down the motorway didn’t fix it, I’d need a replacement costing over £2k. After a quick google, I found DPF DR and sent a message via the site. Almost immediately Colin called back. Great guy, very knowledgeable and was confident they could help. Colin’s colleague came out that Sunday and ran a quick diagnostic and confirmed the DPF was blocked. He explained what they could do, but I was under no pressure at all to do anything. Of course I agreed to the fix and within a couple of hours the van was back on the road, DPF cleaned and fault codes cleared. I was then given much welcome maintenance advice. I really can’t fault these guys. Saved me a small fortune and came out to me on a Sunday so I didn’t loose any work time. First class service, 7 days a week

Called Colin @ 11.15 with what seems like a blocked dpf. He arrived @3pm and did a full diagnostic check before starting a thorough clean. The car now runs so much better,smoother and more responsive. He also managed to fix an issue with the idle which was hunting. Can't thank Colin enough for the work he has done today and for the advice on how to look after the car,correct fuel type and more frequent oil changes

My DPF was blocked just one week before Xmas and couldn’t find any garages to fix it less then a week as Xmas period etc but I found this company online and they turned up in 3 hours in same day as they promised, Great service, on time and fixed the issue as they promised. 100% recommend it to anyone. I called Colin from dpfdr as I was having everyday problems with my car.
Colin came out same day and using diagnostic equipment established my problems
Ordered the necessary part and returned within days to remove old unit and replace with new one .
Excellent skilled technician

Phoned Colin on Saturday and within half an hour he was at my house looking over my car. He was great and explained everything and answered all of my questions happily. My car had an error with the dpf and I thought I needed a dpf clean. After Colin had looked, he told me the problem was something else, I would need remapping (which was cheaper), and all was sorted on my driveway.

Just had Collin sort out my Honda CRV, came out at short notice, full diagnosis, explained everything he was doing and going to do, also sound advice as to how I can avoid a repeat. Would definitely recommend DPFDR 100%, straight up honest friendly service, very knowledgeable about his work.
