No refund if you don't get results

I purchased D'oxyva primarily to alleviate symptoms associated with a vaccine injury (fatigue and pain). I spoke to a company representative to learn more about the device and their return policy since it is an expensive device and was told to keep a log of my perfusion index numbers as this would suffice if I were to request a refund in the future. They told me they virtually never have to give out refunds because they can always find a protocol that works for everyone. Since I was desperate to find something for my condition, I purchased the device and was told to use it 2x per day for a month as that was the standard protocol that works for most people. Unfortunately my symptoms did not improve after using the device 2x per day for a little over a month. I was told to use it more frequently for a few more weeks, but I could not afford it. I had hopes that the standard protocol would be enough to see results so that I could switch to a maintenance schedule where I didn't need to spend as much. I provided my log as originally advised and was told this was not enough data for a refund. They requested a perfusion test that my doctor hadn't heard of and my long COVID doctor called it a scam, so it was not possible to get support on monitoring this outside of my own log keeping. This company wanted to me to keep trying their device using a new protocol if I covered the cost partially, but I was not able to continue investing in this treatment, especially after seeing no results. I advise anyone who wants to try this device to understand that you will not be able to get a refund unless you provide all the documentation and tests they require, as your own logs will not be enough. Getting a refund is not a simple process as they make it seem - even if you don't get results, they will insist the device works and to continue using it. I did not benefit from this device at all and lost over $800.

I started using D'oxyva on February 19th and used it twice a day until March 23rd, using it once a day after. While my perfusion numbers seem better after using it for a couple hours, I'm not experiencing improved symptoms. I purchased this device to alleviate vaccine injury symptoms such as fatigue, muscle pain, and neuropathy. Is it possible to still take advantage of the refund policy? I spent a lot and used three boxes of cartridges and don't feel better. Thank you.

I ordered on 11/3/23 and paid for it through Amazon Pay as they said they were having a problem with PayPal. I finally received the applicator on 12/5/23 but without the cartridges is it totally unusable. The cartridges have not arrived. Many emails, chats and phone calls go unanswered. There isn’t anyone there to answer the phone and they do not call back when you leave a message. It seems that a person named John is the only person running the entire show. It really is a scam and should be reported to the Attorney General for California.

Don't give them your money! Scam!

I've been waiting 3 months for the $525 product to arrive. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. any message you receive is from a bot. The website is still up and taking money from people who are looking for help for their serious health problems. Shame on them!

Buyer beware

I ordered my device and cartridge’s in May 22. I received the cartridge’s 4 weeks later but no device although was promised it was in the mail. The excuse, a logistics issue. When my device came the 3rd week of July it was missing the o ring. It also seemed as if it didn’t function the same as the ones I was watching on YouTube. I was promised a new device and a box of cartridges for my inconvenience. The cartridges came but the device didn’t. After calling numerous times and many weeks later the second device came but it was obviously a return. The box had been opened and there was moisture in the the water cartridge. After calling and calling and emailing I never did receive a proper device. I purchased an o ring for my original device and used it 2x a day consistently for months. I still use it periodically but I don’t know if it really does anything. I have a few small veins in my legs and ankles but they have actually gotten worse not better over the last year. I bought the device because of the promise of rebuilding my circulatory system. Getting rid of the veins in my legs was just a hopeful bonus. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. When I initially spoke with John he was very informative and convincing of the great benefits of the product. One of his selling points was that the product is so great that they virtually never get returned. I even convinced my friend to buy one as well, as she has bad veins in her legs. She got her device before me even after ordering it 2 weeks after me. Then when it came to receiving the second device, somehow it was sent it to her! Now, she lives in an entirely different city an hour away from me. Tell me how does that happen??? Needless to say I’m not real impressed with the company nor the product. Oh and my friend didn’t get any results either with her veins. I ended up spending $1500 because I wanted my husband to do it too so I ordered enough co2 cartridges for both of us to do 3 months of treatments. I came here today because I wanted to see what people were saying since my veins are seemingly getting worse. I was hoping for some encouragement from others to continue use but I don’t know if I should even use it anymore. I don’t know if my device works properly as I explained before.

Disheartened

Your most recent review suggests it's sad that my negative approach prevents my husband from getting the help he needs. This is incorrect. My husband was actually the one who insisted on stopping doxyva because the results simply weren't there. Your statements are simply never correct and I always unfortunately need to correct them pretty much every time. My husband started using doxyva on May 7th 2022 and continued into mid-December 2022 after spending over $3,500. After 7 months and over 3,500 it should be more than sufficient for the great results the company boasts. It was so disturbing that you announced to the world on Trust pilot my husband's health condition even to the point of saying you were surprised he was alive. You had specifically told my husband in an email that the records he sent you that you requested would go no further than your doctors. How can I trust your company??? You then posted your company sent us dozens of emails that you do not guarantee results which was a complete 100% untruth. So when I asked you to post only the dates of those emails you replied that 'communication with your customers is private and confidential'. I do not know how your company can get away with such. We both know not one of those dozens of emails ever existed. It has been evident all along that you never address many of the issues in my review and the few that are always need to be corrected. A small portion of our customers who purchased our consumer health products in the past 2-3 months had some issue with delivery delays and getting refunds. We're in the process of fixing these small gaps and will provide complementary products to everyone who accepts them.

Our main business is providing hospitals and home health patients with life-saving solutions that require a prescription by a licensed physician, and the high demand and supply chain challenges have been causing some shortages with our consumer health product line. Unfortunately, most people who get their concerns resolved do not post a positive review afterwards. In addition, most people shy away from posting their private health results.

I generally don't write a bad review

I generally don't write a bad review. However, I am left with no other choice but to write one. I ordered Doxyva on 11/22 and even after 4 months I have ZERO updates. I have no idea when this product would be shipped or if it would be shipped at all. Is this a SCAM?? I have texted the listed number so many times and every time I get an excuse, "sorry we are overwhelmed, we'll get back to you today". I almost send the exact same message asking for status and I get similar response. Funny/Sad thing is that no one gets back with any updates. I keep asking but it's like they don't care. I asked for the contact info of the CEO, a Manger or somebody but no response. I think I should post all the chat messages so people know how mediocre all of this is. No concern for my time and not shame :(. Don't care about the frustration this is causing. I am beginning to think this may be all fake. Is this all SCAM?

I wrote a review Sharing that I Just want my money back over 600 bucks

I wrote a review Sharing that I had not received any product from Doxyva other than one box of 25 ampules that I received in September 2022. From September 2022 to today February 21, 2023. I have not received any other product from Doxyva.
I have repeatedly emailed customer service at Doxyva, texted Per their instructions and called prove their instructions. The only response I get is from robots who respond via text respond on the website and respond via email. As of today I am owed over $600 in refunds. I Requested they stop building my credit card and that I no longer believe they’re robots statements that they are going to send me product after their shipping problems are resolved. If they can sell on Amazon and estimate that the product will get to a customer by February 24 and I still haven’t gotten any product since September 2022. You can see why I no longer trust them.
I tried to reply to their robot response on my previous review, but could not find any reply button. That is why I’m writing this. The robot response to my previous review has been sent to me numerous times.
What a bad way to treat a customer who in good faith believed the initial communication about shipping problems, and the company’s willingness to make sure I get the products I need and even offer to provide samples or whatever which I have never received nor want. I just want my money back.

Company is does a poor job of communicating to its customer's!

While the initial presentation was good and I purchased the product, my attempts to speak to someone in the company has failed. I have called, I have text, I have used the company contact bots and so far to no avail! They give a number to call and every time I get a recording saying they are sorry they missed my call and to leave a message. No contact has been returned!!!!

I have not received products paid for since September 2022.

I have not received products paid for since September 2022 I believed the “shipping” problems stated in their responses. I have paid $590 total and only received one box of 25 ampules. I found out today that all my text, email and phone messages were likely responded to by bots. I am stopping auto billing and going to try to get my money back. 😩

I have researched multiple products that claim to increase blood circulation to reduce pain and went with D'Oxyva. The other systems were bulky and required various patches to be placed around the area impacted.

Please keep in mind that our products are regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and it's more time-consuming to work with the special delivery services of the couple couriers licensed to handle them. Some customers have experienced delivery delays.

While we understand delivery delays could be frustrating, we really appreciate your patience while our logistics team is working very hard to get this life-changing technology delivered to you by either UPS or FedEx as fast as possible, because they are the only two couriers licensed to transport them via mandatory ground service!
