I had the opportunity to meet someone at a business social with a dot card after seeing multiple videos on instagram- after making my purchase I am pleased. I’m unsure if you guys have an app yet but you should have a application for dot users to log in view your profile and connect with others outside of going on to the webpage.
These products don’t work reliably (at all really). They aren’t for professionals who actually need to build relationships and develop business. They’re for people who think it’s kinda cool and don’t actually need the product to work properly every time.

EDIT: The company had responded to this review asking me to reach out so they can make this right... they ended up ignoring me and the response to this review had no actual substance behind it to make this situation right. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had as a customer by a LONG shot. If you are reading this to decide to make a purchase, stay far far away unless you can see the future and predict you will not run into any technical issues.
This product did NOT work as intended and customer service is absolutely no help whatsoever. So my profile for my card was made when I first bought the card. Obviously the upside to this device is you can change your profile and information whenever you want.
Well that's not the case. My profile allows me to update it online but when I actually use the card my original profile shows up to the people I am giving my information to... I had reached out to customer service because I was under the impression this was a simple fix. Here we are OVER 1 MONTH LATER and I am currently being ignored by customer service. They told me it was fixable and they would "get it fixed whenever they get it fixed". The woman i was emailing with was named Cindy and she was no help whatsoever. I have been nothing but courteous and polite and she has continued to ignore me and lie to me and lead me on.
DO NOT BUY. IT DOES NOW ALLOW YOU TO UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION AFTER THE INITIAL SET UP OF YOUR PROFILE.

I enjoy the ease of having the band with me at all times AND it's always within reach.
So far it's pretty amazing I've only used it a little bit here in Florida but I'm absolutely loving it I can get their information which helps me tremendously
The purchasing experience was great. The only critique I have is that a customer still CANNOT create a specific profession based profile. The profile itself has too few characters/choices to delineate and convey ones entire title/portfolio.
I like the cards but the armband doesn’t work to well. Hard to get it to connect to the device.

I've purchased 2 dot cards, one the size of a credit card with QR code and the dot.thin. After the first one I purchased it stopped working and I had to have prospective clients scan the QR code. I contacted support and they wanted me to make a video to send them to show it was no longer working. Like I want to sacrifice my $125 / hour time to make them a video. Why could support just take my word for it and send me a replacement? After all I own an IT company and technology is my specialty. The second one I purchased was a dot.thin and it didn't work out of the package. I'm not going to waste my time with this company anymore and will look for an alternative! Beware!
Update: I ordered (2) new Popl cards, one credit card size and the other the small rectangular size for the back of my phone. They both scanned the first time and they've been working great since! I highly recommend Popl!

customers are able to view my website, etc but they are having trouble saving it to their phones. I have paper cards for backup

Ease of use and comfort wearing the band. It's really easy to set up and do just about anything to ones needs. Perfect and compared to physical paper business cards that get tossed or lost, it saves a ton of money in the long run.
