We have just had our magnificent front door fitted by Doors&Doors.
We also ordered all our internal doors from Doors&Doors. We are absolutely delighted with everything we bought from this Company. (We purchased all our ironmongery from them too.) The advice Lorraine gave us throughout our renovation was invaluable. We visited other door company's but their range/knowledge wasn't (in our opinion) nearly as good as Doors&Doors.
We would highly recommend this fantastic company if you are wanting to purchase a door.

The people in the office where I placed the order were excellent. Really knew what they were doing and the fitter was a real craftsman. The place was left in immaculate condition.

The quality of doors supplied and the level of expertise were good. However, I would strongly suggest you get every last detail in writing, if things/pre prep needs to be done ahead of the install then you need to make sure that you have this in writing as return visits will cost you. I paid a fair few thousand for door's and was asked to pay £40.00 for a return visit for a 10min job to move a back box, which I was told ''might'' cause an obstruction. I was hoping that the 3 days work I was advised it would take to get the job done, which was completed in two days would have allowed for this, unfortunately they charge by the job. No consideration for two aborted initial site visits (at the last minute) by them, where I had to take time off work to be at home either! I now need to find a local carpenter to make good....

Doors mechanism does not work. Woke up to find door open. Returned home door opened by simple push.

Door not fit for purpose.

Survey before installation does not reveal any issues, that door not suitable for.

We are very happy with the service and finished result. We had 9 internal fire doors fitted and had momentarily considered purchasing and fitting these with our own handyman, but I am so glad that we didn’t. From the first conversation with Lorraine I knew we would have been out of our depth! Her advice was invaluable and the expertise of the carpentry team when it came to measuring and fitting the doors reassured us that we had made the right choice. Doors and Doors are a professional, helpful team and we are delighted with the result.

We bought 12 doors, mostly fire doors from the Vancouver oak range. Solid and beautiful. All the staff were incredibly helpful especially when it came time for my builders to fit and I had got the measurements wrong on 3 of the doors. Lorraine sorted out the problem and organised the pick up and new delivery within days, much faster than was anticipated. I wouldn't expect these doors to be stocked in their shop, that is unrealistic, it would always come from supplier direct as with any other large order.

What they don't tell you is that their doors are sourced and shipped directly from XL Joinery. I paid £110 per door, only to find (from my shipping receipt) that the exact same product is selling for £65 at three other retailers. It didn't even pass through D&D's shop or warehouse so really no excuse for this eye-gouging 60% markup.

Save your money and find the same product on Google instead.

The revamped showroom is absolutely brilliant for viewing the doors and now they can even offer windows!

Excellent service with highly experienced and skilled carpenters.

The price was good; the ordering process was good; the delivery good (earlier than expected); and the workmanship of the fitter was very good. At first, on the day of fitting, the key mechanism was stiff and, potentially, there was the possibility of some disagreement with the office over the matter of door handles, but all was resolved amicably by the fitter who returned the next day and re-set the mechanism to our satisfaction.

Doors and Doors were brilliant. We sourced a new front door (Solidor), WC door, lounge door (glass), and four internal bi fold doors (glass). The service from Lorraine and her colleagues was fantastic. Communication was excellent and the site visits from the door fitter (James) went smoothly. Their prices were competitive against other suppliers, including major online retailers.
