Great customer service!
I received really excellent customer service from DoneGood after an order turned out not to be what I wanted. Even though the fault was mine (I hadn't been attentive to the return/exchange policies), Ryen went above and beyond to contact the company for me and facilitate an exchange on an order which was more than 15 days old. I really appreciated the help, and I feel more encouraged to continue shopping through this online marketplace, knowing that I will be taken care of!
