I received really excellent customer service from DoneGood after an order turned out not to be what I wanted. Even though the fault was mine (I hadn't been attentive to the return/exchange policies), Ryen went above and beyond to contact the company for me and facilitate an exchange on an order which was more than 15 days old. I really appreciated the help, and I feel more encouraged to continue shopping through this online marketplace, knowing that I will be taken care of!

I ordered stickers about three months ago and still haven't received it. Tried emailing and never heard back.

I purchased four tote bags. The material is study, and the bags are well made. Three of the four have explanatory tags attached so my gift recipients will know these are ethical purchases. Unfortunately the fourth one has no tag, only the brand name seen on. Customer service responded when a technical hitch delayed shipping of two totes and then again when the USPS did not deliver the last one as scheduled.

Easy to navigate the site and I was confident that all items were plant-friendly.

I love the fair trade and women empowering products they sell..! the bracelet I got is especially beautiful and I love being reminded why I bought it…!

I ordered the solar powered camping twinkle lights as Christmas presents for 2 different people so am unable to comment on the product. But I can say they were priced the lowest here and delivered promptly to me. I enjoy supporting this company.

DoneGood's products have been excellent and classy.
I've been ordering from them for quite a while and have always been impressed with their speedy service and quality of the products.
Bedding, shampoo and conditioner, throw blankets and even chocolate are a few of the items I have enjoyed. Mostly I appreciate knowing that the workers who created the products are being compensated FAIRLY.
