I really like this service and it's the second time I've used it. I gave it 4 stars as some of the clothes have been dumped behind a bin which im not happy about

Thank you for using our service again and for leaving a review. We’re glad you like the service overall, but we’re very sorry to hear about the clothes found behind the bin.
Our driver reported that, when he arrived, the bags had been ripped open—likely by someone passing by—and he spent time repacking everything into fresh bags. It seems some items may have been taken before we got there. We never leave donations behind bins, and we’re sorry this happened at your address.
To prevent this in future, you’re welcome to leave the bags in a secure spot (porch, garage, etc.) and add a note in your booking, or choose the “please knock” option if you’ll be in. If there’s anything else we can do, please let us know at support@donateclothes.uk.

Disposal of late husband's clothes
I unfortunately lost my husband suddenly and had 3 wardrobes full of clothes to donate. Easy to book, no fuss and collected on time. Takes all the hassle out of traipsing around charity shops. You can choose any charity from about 7 or 8 or do as I did and clothes will be divided between all charity. I will certainly use again and would confidently recommend them to anyone.

So easy to arrange, fantastic communication throughout and always collect on time. Used several times now and it’s perfect takes the hassle out of the charity shop visit and I’m helping my favourite charity!
