Stay away if you value your money
We bought a Splitting machine and had issues from the start.
The machine came without manual - which we had not been informed about in advance, and which is basically illegal with industrial machines that cross borders.
From the beginning there were issues, which was made more complicated by the missing manual.
Further complicated by the lack of English language skills.
I had to purchase the manual myself from the brand themselves, the dustbin bag did not hold, a wire broke - no wonder - it was a bicycle part they used to replace the Original one, areas of the machine around the grinding stones had not been cleaned and the seller did not have much knowledge to offer.
Unfortunately their mechanic did not speak any English, and they did not offer to service the machine at all.
Eventually leather wrapped around the feeding roller and we had to remove the entire table. Emptied all the garbage bins and filters, but it did not help- same thing happened again, obviously the suction is less then optimal working.
finally - because we had no other option we agreed that we would ship the 700 kg machine back to Poland - it was agreed upon that the cost will be covered by them.
Once they had the machine - they did not look at it ( that’s at least what they said) for around 10-12 days - causing significant waiting time and further loss for my business.
Finally they managed and admitted themselves that they had to make some adjustments and then it worked fine.
Documentation about the stuff that needed adjustment was promised but never arrived - it was obvious that they did not care about current customers that already had lost substantial money on the home process.
Now I would love to get my shipping refunded and they simply deny it - because - hahaha- the machine worked perfectly. Which of course can under no circumstance be true because when I shipped it - it was for sure not - and I can document that.
Don’t trade with this seller - very unprofessional, language barriers, service level is 0 when something doesn’t work, not sticking to agreements and you can be sure there won’t be a manual or much help to come after they have received their payment
I recommend to buy only from sellers that actually feel responsible for their machines and offer service, manuals and proper knowledge that can be transferred to the new owner of the machine.
