We hired this company to help resolve our Google Merchant Center issues after being told the process would be “straightforward” and should take around 1–2 weeks. Instead, it turned into nearly three months of recurring problems and outright blaming us, for example, communication was done via Whatsapp on both ends but suddenly after we asked for a refund, we " violated communication protocols". We followed the requested changes extensively to the point where our website had completely changed as well as bearing additional costs of setting up new phone numbers and domains, yet we were told that we did not adhere to their requests. In our view, the explanations changed over time and did not match the communications we had.

The explanations we received did not justify the lack of results. The whole experience was disorganised and we of course did not get a refund. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this agency. You would likely be better off finding a competent independent freelancer or specialist who can give you clearer communication, faster execution, and actual accountability. This review is reflects our personal experience and opinion based on our interactions with this company.

I would give them less than one star if I could. Not sure how this site is ranking them at 3.2? They are a scam. They will tell you they are trusted Google Partners, but they are not. The owner does business in his T-shirt from his couch. Do not trust Will. He said he could get my new business address verified in a couple days and that I had all the necessary items to get verified. He also said he would refund my money if they couldn’t get me verified. Well guess what? Google won’t accept my address because I’m a home based business. No matter what Will at Dominate tells you don’t believe him. He will take your money and not refund you. When I asked for a refund he said that was a breach of contract and that I was just looking for excuses. I’m not looking for anything except what he promised and after 20 days of my profile being in suspension, my business is suffering. I can’t continue to try to get Google to verify my address if they’re telling me it’s against their policy. Will is putting my business in jeopardy of being suspended again because he keeps telling me to try again and refuses to accept that he cannot deliver what he promised. And now he is saying this is somehow my fault and that I’m just trying to get out of a contract? I just want my money back for something he did not deliver. Scam alert!! Buyer beware!! Do not do business with this guy.

I hired this group to help retrieve my Google business account because it was suspended when I moved out of state. And tried to change my address. They never gave me once a comprehensive list of everything I needed to have done. They would give me one thing at a time and then I wouldn’t hear from them for weeks. I would think something was done that was all done and we were ready to submit to Google and nothing would happen. They would work on their tasks and be irritated with me because they were in the middle of a meeting even though I had paid them. Their trust on their website is 19%. I should have noticed that and I didn’t. They are a scam and I would stay far away from them.
