Its a brilliant service from Mr Christopher I am very happy the way he solved my problems

The costumer support doesn’t respond at all.Wireless hd camera cannot be recognised by the application.So this make the camera useless

Pleased with my purchase and the advice I received from Christopher of customer care.
The only minor quibble is the sd card I purchased seperately can't be inserted with any ease.
I guess this is why the company offers pre installed cards.

Prompt delivery, goods as described, but I'm disappointed to see the same poor-quality Chinese instruction leaflet. These cameras can sometimes be a pig to set up: better instructions are needed.

Domar are selling a really good product it’s well made, solid construction & well priced.

Wasn't too sure what power pack was required as my orginal one is no longer sold.
Phoned the office, staff pointed me in the right direction and talked me through whilst I was on the phone to get to the correct page and the replacement required online to purchase.

Great choice of cameras and security packages, ordering was simple, quality of equipment is excellent, all arrived on time, had to call for help a couple of times (I’m not very tech savvy) the support I got was excellent and they answered my queries first time.

I have used Domar for quite a few years now and any time I get trouble, I take my machine to them and no problem they sort it out this time he done it through teamViewer and it took him less than 10 minutes to sort it all out. I am now all up and running. Highly recommend this company for great after sales help I do appreciate all the help they done for me. Thank you thank you thank you.
