Very negative experience with Dolphin Utilities. This company constantly WhatsApp you through a AI bot telling you your contract is up with a certain provider (false) and will inform you of a provider with the best current rate (which following quick review I found to be wrong). Furthermore this company do not take into account your own current provider for discounts,your personal energy consumption (every household might require different rates based on their import), or whether you have any microgeneration available to export. The AI bot will also send you emails to docu sign when you have never agreed to go with a agreed provider.

I contacted Dolphin Utilities a couple of years ago. He said he had found the cheapest electricity provider so I switched with him. I actually found cheaper myself so I cancelled within 14 days and upon doing so, realised that the information given by Dolphin Utilities, was incorrect so it was complicated to cancel. I did anyway but wasn't impressed and told them so.
This year I received a WhatsApp from him asking did I need help switching. I ignored. I received ANOTHER WhatsApp (have screenshots). I ignored again. He then left me a voice note and at this point I blocked him.
Did not get me the best deal and then proceeds to send me unwanted texts trying to drum up more business. No thank you.

Trying to contact this company endlessly after they somehow switched my electricity plan to a higher plan without any authorisation. WhatsApp phone number is just a bot, no reply on Instagram, phone numbers are disconnected.

From what once used to be an excellent and seamless service, based on my recent experience, has turned into an unorganized mess. I heavily suspect that the personal touch of dealing with a human is a thing of the past and it is now a case of messaging a poorly designed AI bot. The previous trust I had in using this service is now gone and I will not be using again.

Been using Dolphin Utilities for over a year now and the service - particularly from David - has been awesome. I've effortlessly switched services a few times (and for better rates) all thanks to the team at Dolphin doing the heavy lifting on my behalf.

This is a terrible service run by AI. Asked them move my gas account, they moved both electric & gas despite me specifically saying not to. They only watsapp message which is why these errors occurred, it became obvious it’s AI when it was Impossible to contact by phone & the watsapp messages were ignoring what I said & clearly computerised, do not use! 😡
