Been waiting since November for a payout. It is now the end of March. Don’t waste your time! There are so many legit casinos to choose from and this is not one. I have sent an email almost every week and the customer service tells me they understand and can see why this might bother me. Today they said I might get better service if I made a deposit first! Please go to another site.

I guess I get to contribute to the negative reviews. This casino really does not care. I don't understand why or how they are even still operating. I submitted a $50 redemption in 11/19/25. It's 1/5/26 and I'm still waiting. Support said they will get to it as soon as it pops up in the que. Gimme me a break. And stop buying any packages from this casino! Let's get them shutdown!

As of 2/14/26, still no redemption. They have canceled my redemption twice and said there was an error with my banking info. I requested the redemption to PayPal, so that was a blatant lie. And then I was told I needed to make a package purchase first. Why wouldn't they tell me that in the first place? And they want me to give them money after all the run around?? That's comical

Instead of an instant payout, I have been trapped in a loop of scripted support responses from 'Lina' telling me to be patient while my request is 'forwarded to a team.' They have provided a Redemption ID (695294b925e2b9ea1607c358), but they refuse to process the funds or provide a PayPal Transaction ID.
This is a violation of 'No Purchase Necessary' sweepstakes laws and deceptive advertising. I have already begun the reporting process with the FTC (ReportFraud.ftc.gov) and the BBB. I will update this review if/when they actually honor their 'Instant Payout' promise.

Dont waste your time or money! On December 26, 2025 I learned about Dollar Mills Casino and signed up to give it a try. They initially gave me $3 SC for free then another $3 SC for free for downloading their app. Thought it was cool for that. Buy then I wanted to verify before I started playing which was simply inputting my information. Kind of a red flag if you ask me. I looked through the games and found one I liked and hit a bonus rather quick so I thought they may be a good casino. Ended up winning around $75 from a $.20 bet in the bonus. Played a few more spins, checked to see what minimum redemption was ($50 "automatically to PayPal") so I submitted a $67 redemption. Came here and saw the bad reviews. I then messaged customer service on the casino asking if it was true that they probably wouldn't approve my redemption and they proceeded to tell me to unlock redemptions a deposit was needed. I informed them nowhere in their terms and rules did it state a deposit was needed to redeem and received a message from a different person saying it was under review and I will get it asap. Today I messaged them about their contradicting messages and how they should really put in their rules and terms about the deposit needed for redemptions, especially amongst all the lawsuits going on against sweeps casinos. I have yet to get a response though it says wait time has been between 4-9 minutes. If end up receiving my redemption I'll change my rating for them but I don't see that happening.

Yes my son‘s been putting a lot of money in this game and he told me what happened do not play this game he won $500 on SC he purchased and then they tried telling him it was bonus money and he couldn’t cash it out he had to play through it until it said redeemable They completely just jacked my son do not play this game completely rigged

I finally won something on this game and then they told me I didn’t it they told me it was bonus money which it was SCI purchased it was no bonus money i won 500 dollars and then they told me I had to play through it to win anything when I already won it its was crazy I fought with them for hours and then I just said forget it and I just stop playing and I’m never playing that game again and they just jacked me and they’re just stealing everybody’s money do not play this game do not put your hard earned money in this game very on fair game completely rigged
