Their customer service is outstanding. While I received the wrong product, they value their customer and made it more than right. Sometimes that is more important than the product itself, although their products are outstanding.

1st of all I purchased a white straw hat. It came in a wet looking box I open it and a cheap little hat with beat up hat band. It was to small. I requested a refund the asked a bunch of questions. I charged $13 to shipi it and $13 to return it.These guys are Scammers. This cost me $56. DON'T DO IT @

Unforgettable prom

I was happy with the shoes. There's only one thing I feel should be done. When ordering shoes, there should be a shoe horn included with them.

My order was for a MOCK turtleneck shirt. Pretty clear on the order form. What arrived was a full turtleneck. Whomever filled the order may not be aware of the difference. The shirt that arrived is of good quality and arrived in a timely fashion. If the item I ordered arrived accurately, the transaction would have been satisfactory.

Wife bought me a suit and it didn't fit. We just missed the return window by a week. Customer service replied immediately to my request, they were kind, and helped me return my product. Very grateful for the kindness and for that we will return as customers.

The tuxedo variety is phenomenal. I had a major concern prior to an event and they were able to accommodate my concern in a timely manner despite the winter storm we previously had. Thank you for making me a priority and for having empathy with my concern. The tuxedo was amazing and had a great fit to it. Definitely will continue business with this company in the future.

Ordered a jewelry item. Box was broken. Day of delivery I sent a photo and email. Two days later they sent an email with instructions for initiating a return. The following day I tried to initiate the return, and was told it could not be returned except within 3 days of delivery date. Their email did not specify this. I have requested they initiate return...
