I received it fast and exactly how i choose it!

Despite a mixup in shipping which was a mistake on my part, not theirs, Dogtags patiently shipped me a second ID disk at no charge. Their customers service was excellent and appreciated.

I am going to be honest, I accidentally ordered from 2 different places (age is getting to me) with similar pricing.
I got my 1st order about a week after placing it. I was highly disappointed with the quality. It was thin aluminum not to mention, the engraving was barely there. Its hard to read. So thinking that my next tag coming was going to be along the same lines in terms of quality.
I was extremely suprised when I got this one! Wow! I cant believe the difference! Top quality and I will definitely be returning for more for the cats.

Dog tags are the best quality. Not like so many which the writing just wears off of. Ordering more for my daughter’s dogs.
Only complaint was they took about 3 weeks to get here...but there is a pandemic on.
The collar was also superb quality.

Excellent customer service! When the delivery of our tag was delayed, I wrote to ask about the order status and received a personalized reply right away. Coincidentally, I received the tag later the same day.

Great product! It too a very long time to arrive, but that's just the way it is these days, so not their fault. There was an error on one of the tags. The customer service was prompt and courteous and the tag was replaced immediately.

I ordered three tags for my dogs and they are incredible. We live in Manitoba Canada where the weather is -46 degrees Celsius and these tags don’t break like other brands I’ve purchased. The quality is amazing and the overall look to them is the best I’ve ever seen. I will be a repeat customer for life

This is an excellent quality dog tag. The coating on the tag makes the look much nicer than other brands I have used in the past and it dulls the clinking noise that the metal tags make when we go for our walks.

Tags are of high quality. It was awhile before they came but worth it. I would order again.

I ordered three dog tags and all three were beautiful. Nice size and weight. One came with the wrong name. When I looked back at my order I saw that they had sent me what I ordered. I didn't notice at the time but my auto correct had changed the name on one of them. This was my mistake but they offered me a discount to replace it with a new one and they are a great price so I did.
