Everything was great from communication to delivery. Only issue - name tag we received was wrong. My dog’s name is Ava and we received a name tag of Otto. As we had another name tag we can use, we didn’t need to go to the trouble of returning “Otto” and exchanging it for “Ava”

Dogshood customer service sent information and pics of delivery which was to the house next to ours. We contacted our neighbor and found harness package.
We walked our Mastiff with the harness today and used the front chest loop and it was excellent; our dog walked in line and was so well behaved on the walk. The metal piece to hook the leash was made very strong and the padded harness fit our xl large dog comfortably. Looking forward to using it again tomorrow. Only area I recommend for improvement is improved timing with customer service and improved package tracking.

The lead that we purchased with the halter is the game changer. We already had a similar halter, but it doesn't have the front ring, like your halter.
When our dog feels the lead tension she comes back to a walk beside us.

Just received mine for Rex and Diesel. I was really hesitant because I already tried no pull harnesses but they didn't do anything. I'm getting old and my boys are too strong for me so my shoulders start aching when I walk them. I really need something to help me with their pulling and when I saw their ad, it made me want to try it. I got them this Monday and it seems to work well. The leash really smoothes the shock and they don't seem to be able to pull with the front attachment, it drives them sideways and stops them. Very happy about it and also easy to put on and off. Cool product.

The harness is great. It fits my dog well and is easy to put on and take off. The only negative thing I have to say is that it took a while to get to me, but I am so happy we ordered it. And, now, everyone knows her name!

My dog likes the harness and I like having his name and my phone number on it. I also like that the name and phone number are Velcro, so that I can change it easily if needed.

Love the harness. Easy on and off.My pet is not pulling me as much with this harness and each time is better and better. I did have to make an adjustment with the fit at the chest and it made all the difference . Very happy with this purchase. Thank you

Fits perfectly and is exactly what I wanted!

My dog (Corgi/Pom mix) doesn't run away any more when I bring out the harness. It really does go on quickly and provides lots of room around his neck. I hate to think how much he hated the previous harness.

My dog does not dislike the harness not like all the others when he sees it he does not run and hide. I will not say he loves it but much better.

These harnesses and leashes are making it possible for me to walk our dogs! They weigh 90 pounds each. My husband has been the only person who could walk them, and now his health is making it difficult for him to continue. But thanks to the new gear, I can do it and we are enjoying our walks.

However I really wish the ring connecters were available on each side of the harness because as it is the set up is backwards most dog trainers train to have the pup walk on the left side of its owner which means the connecter should be on the right side of the harness

So far so good. It was easy to get it on and Oreo seemed okay with it.

I ordered a size extra small for my rat terrier because he measured 19 inches but it was too tight so I contacted dogshood to return for next size up and received this answer from them. To me it just doesn’t get any better.
They sent me a credit to buy new size and thanked me for letting them know and suggested I give the small to someone who could used it or donate to local shelter.that is very good customer service

Well, this is not the first harness and leash that I have purchased in an effort to stop my dog (80 lb., golden retriever) from pulling. Your leash and harness WORKED!!!! My dog loves chasing e-bikes (I don't know why) - but I am now able to gain control over him without hurting him. WE both LOVE it!

Received a Faulty Harness and NO one is answering. $55 gone. Do not fall for this company.

We got Chester’s new harness last week and right away noticed a change in Chester’s behavior on our walks. He walked with me and not straining to get ahead. We are more of a team than before and that makes the walks more enjoyable. Plus he looks handsome in his new harness!
