Don't use, will not refund or reply to emails when the jacket is incorrect

Wrong size sent first time, they asked for extra to post next one, I waited months for it to arrive I got it today too small now and totally different style from what I ordered, no mention it was coming from china 🙈not recommend them

I see I'm not the only one to have a poor experience with these scammers. I'm trying to help a friend obtain a refund for a poor quality dog coat that was not the size she ordered. From other reviews on here and for their previous company incarnation DoggyKing, this seems to be a common con run by this company of sending out a tiny coat that isn't the size you ordered, then ignoring any requests for how to return the item or obtain a refund. Nothing on their website to advise on this. You have to look really hard to find even an email address. My friend was sent a replacement coat but it was exactly the same size as the first tiny one that literally would only fit a Chihuahua and she has now been totally ignored by this so called company. If they do bother to reply it's after a long time just to tell you, you are beyond their 30 day return window. That is against all the online selling rules but despite this the company appears to be still operating. I've taken this forward and we are liaising with PayPal to see if she paid using them (she can't recall). Despite having an address on a trading estate in the GU postcode the items are shipped from China when you order, so no stock actually held in the UK, so take an age to arrive. They are generic, poor quality, nothing special and you could get much better branded ones for cheaper on Amazon. I would always buy from a breed specific coat maker or a company like Equafleece or similar that does different shapes and sizes for different breeds. Checks with Companies House show previous dissolved company registration and a new company set up with an S on the end of King making it now DoggyKings. Just a total scam posing as a company. Avoid at all costs. If my friend ever gets a refund I'd be delighted to update my review on here.BEWARE OF DOGGYKINGS.

Item (dog cot) arrived faulty. I sent them photos clearly showing this. Either they refused to reply to my emails or came up with some excuse as to why they couldn’t send me another dog coat or refund me. I carried on trying to contact me and they dragged it out SO long that the last message I got said as it was months from my original purchase, I was ineligible for a refund or replacement.
I now have a dog coat with a broken zip and unravelling stitching that is useless to me. Should have bought elsewhere as it was a generic type coat that can be bought on Amazon easily.

Ordered coats for my 3 dogs in October. Wrong size sent. Asked for a replacement and had to pay further postage, wrong size sent again. Refused to pay again for postage and it’s now mid Feb, 4 months later, 2/3 of winter over and I still don’t have the coats!!! The ones I do have are rubbish. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have been trying to return my order for weeks. They have only replied to every 5th email, stringing out the process. Then asking for more money for postage before they can authorise the order sum refund. Dodgy as £#@+! Learn from my mistake - DO NOT GO NEAR THIS ONLINE COMPANY/RIP-OFF.

Customer Service is appalling .After measuring my dog and sending the order. It took over 3 weeks to arrive!!.Then after trying the coat on it was not long enough for the dog. I contacted Customer Service to ask for a refund and return form .After about 8 emails I have heard nothing back in the last 10 Days. I am fuming .I have no alternative now but to try and get a refund from my Card provider. The only advice I can give is DONT Buy from this Company !!!

Having read some reviews I think this will be the only goodish review for this dog coat.
Yes it did take too long to arrive, and the sizing was way too small but the material is good and I wanted an exchange. So having sent the extra £5 for shipping, this one arrived much quicker and I like the jacket................ still rather tight around her neck, but maybe she has a fat neck!
The design is good and it stays in place even with her running around also the fabrics that are used seem (so far) to be good.
It is quite expensive, but we ended up with a nice dog jacket.

I ordered a dog coat December 15th 2025, finally arrived January 26th 2026. Customer support very bad when I chased it. The product seems OK and the right fit.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0!!! Feel very stupid for ordering this…and won’t order from any companies advertising on Facebook as this has happened a couple of times. Measured my dog and ordered the right size and received a coat that would only fit a gerbil (ok maybe slightly bigger!) guaranteed full refund within 30 days?!?!!? well i was well within 30 days and as others have said on here.. they said if I sent them £5 they would give me a partial refund… And i could keep this coat.. then suggesting i could give it to a dog kennels…I sent repeated emails (did not send £5!), and also add someone else said am just leaving it now…absolute SCAM!!! Avoid at all costs…there will be loads of company names that they will use for the same product too, watch out!

Probably the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. After receiving 2 dog coats which I ordered on 9/12/2025 I received them on 27/12/2025. The sizes were not as described in size chart and I have been trying to send back for nearly 3 weeks. They have responded to 6 e-mails I have sent with photos of ill fitting coats with as many excuses as to why they cannot replace without me sending another £5. I tried to send this money but could not get an answer as to how I paid this so I could return item. The final reply I got was "The order number you gave us was an Order from June 7th 2024" ?? . I sent a copy of the order and the EVRI tracking number but eventually I have had to admit defeat and put this down to a learning experience as I would not be sending £5 as it would be money wasted. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

As another reviewer has said I’ve been waiting ages for my order which I placed on the 15th December I wish I hadn’t bothered as I don’t think it will arrive. Had express delivery too what a laugh. If you’re thinking of placing an order, don’t.

Wish I'd checked on Trustpilot before I bought this dog coat. As someone else has said 1 star is too good to be honest.
I made my purchase on 3rd December and I'm still waiting to receive it almost 4 weeks later. I, like another reviewer, didn't realise that it was coming from China - as a result, I'm not expecting the quality that the reviews on the Doggyking website spoke of I'm afraid.
Hardly worth sending it back when it arrives, because it doesn't sound like the "guaranteed refund" is quite so guaranteed!!

One star is to good even ! Dog coat came apart with less than a month of receiving this ! I sent my order no to Doggy kings & the photos of the coat that’s come apart . So they had the date it was ordered .
I asked for another to be sent, but it never came . After best part of another month of arguing my case they claim several weeks of owning the coat it’s wear & tear ! My order number date & my first emails
was no way near 7 weeks ! It was pushing 3-5 weeks !
They refunded me 4.99 , not the 16.99 I paid . They refunded for their postal charge only !
Stay clear of this company . You can get dog coats Almost the same from other companies far
better than this cowboys!

They claim to be a U.K. company but the products come from China? I ordered a coat for my daughters dog Colin weeks ago it never arrived.
Trying to contact the company to find out where my order is was like knitting with fog, impossible! No customer service?
I have accepted that I have lost my money.
Do not consider ordering from them, there are several companies out there that provide similar products at cheaper prices and with supportive customer services.

The worst customer service ever! Do not buy from them. I bought a coat for my dog, but they were too big and the shape did not fit our dog well, so I wanted to return it. It clearly says on the website 30-day money back guarantee, but in order to return it, you have to get in touch with the company because there's no return address. They also ask you to pay £5 for the postage. Even though I asked to return the item, they were adament that they would send us the right size coat. I paid for the £5, and nothing has happened. It's now been over 3 weeks since this has all started, and every time I get in touch wtih them, they reply with the same answer. I have now paid £5 extra and I am still left with the coat that is the wrong size and that I cannot use. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

(just asking in order to improve our size guide. Can you please give us your order number, the breed and the exact chest measurement & exact back measurement of your dog please ? (please find the following photo « how to measure chest » by clicking here : HOW TO MEASURE) & a photo of your dog wearing the actual coat received please ?
I will find a solution really quickly, because we really want your satisfaction.

So I replied with if clothing doesn't fit me I don't have to supply all these details.
After pestering I received a refund but they have held 5 quid back for the return which they still haven't given me details for and now ignoring me!

UK buyers - you will wait a month for these products. My order went in on 28.11.25 and I waited 2 weeks..only to be told that the order will now take another 12 days...They ship direct from Wuhan in China and there is no customer service to speak to at all.

You can buy the exact same dog coats on SHEIN for a fraction of the price, these are not what they say they are.
I am very annoyed as I wanted to buy something that was not available on a china website, I feel cheated. The picture advert shows a coat with a small label on the back NOT a big round FASHION SPORTS label.
It was not mentioned anywhere that these coats came from China, it was supposed to be quick delivery but my suspicion was raised when I tracked the order and it said was on its way to the order country.
