Didn't send complete order. Notified them immediately and they took forever to respond. Finally respond saying they will send it and they never did. I emailed again about not receiving missing item and they didn't respond. Will not purchase from them again. Terrible customer service.

I've loved this brand for a long time after discovering them on Instagram, so when I was asked to model the Christmas 22 PJs
with my pup for a discount on the Christmas range I was super thrilled! As well as the PJs I got the penguin pup harness set, I'm absolutely in love with it all!

It took a while to arrive, but this is definitely not at the fault of the business owner, it's well known that royal mail have had severe delays and I've been seriously shocked to see how many people are leaving bad reviews on many small businesses pages because of postal delays- I will repeat it again, it's not the fault of the business owner and leaving a bad review can seriously damage their reputation, it's very unfair and inconsiderate.

I paid my order 10th Nov. It's 24th December. I haven't yet my order and my money back too.

I sent 5 emails to this company. Nobody contacted me back.

Very cheek and unprofessional behaviour!

Such a lovely small business. Always reply to any queries quickly. I have had a few orders from them now and everything has been so beautiful. Material is super durable and easy to clean. My little man loves wearing all his items!!

I wish there was the option of negative numbers!! The worst and most unprofessional small business I’ve ever dealt with!! Having sent numerous messages on Instagram they asked me to email them, 4 emails, 5 weeks and more messages sent on Instagram they are now ignoring me. My product is unsafe and faulty and they will not deal with the issue. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
This is not the first issue I’ve had, they said they would refund me for an item and since checking for the refund I see they never actually sent it! I have a small business, my inbox is checked and replied to daily… this is how you run a business, not by ignoring the people who have helped you to have a business by paying their hard earned money!!
I’ve been told about several other instances when items have failed and communications have been ignored.
Please just spend your money with a business that actually values your custom.

Amazing Christmas Collection Loved the PJS !

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and have sent several follow up emails regarding that order and I have yet to receive a response. I think if I am supporting a business, I at least deserve a reply to emails. After all that is what the contact link is for. It’s unfortunate, because I was really excited about my purchase. However, I have no idea if it will even arrive. I haven’t received a tracking number or shipping notification. It’s been almost 3 weeks. I’m really disappointed in the lack of communication. I will not be spending money with this company again.

Such a cute and lovely collection, we bought the penguin pup harness, collar, lead and bow tie. We also bought the pjs and they came with a cute matching mini eye mask. All fitted our miniature dachshund really well - pjs were a little long on his legs as an XS but that’s pretty standard we’ve found across the board (bless him and his little legs!) - everything was such high quality too, Definitely would recommend!

Bought our puppy his 1st harness and it's pawfect!! It's great quality, fully adjustable, lovely design and little Dexter loves it 😀 Couldn't be happier and neither could he! Will definitely be buying from this site again.

My pug has had a few harneses from here and each one have been exceptional quality, she wears a size small and the fit is lovely. Delivery is brilliant too
