Cannot recommend at all. Although some of the work was completed it was only done after close and very necessary monitoring. Agreements that were made verbally and in writing were not honoured. Shame really because Nathan came across as someone who could be trusted but the dishonesty in communication was unbelievable. The repeated attempts from the director- Chelsie- to intimidate and threaten were tantamount to harassment. Unprofessional, expensive and dishonourable. Carefully check positive reviews - one from Chelsie (director) and another from someone with her surname! That makes all those 5 star reviews very suspicious.

Nathan and his team have done a fantastic job, I have had no issues, they provided me with warranty and are brilliant with communication!

Found out my roof was leaking midday on Wednesday and Nathan and his roofers had it fixed by midday the next day.

Called me back after the initial missed call, gave a check over of the whole roof, quoted me a price and was round first thing the next morning. Couldn't ask for a better experience

We can not recommend this company!

End of July, Dr. Roofing diagnosed our roof for water ingress.
We received a quote and had the work carried out.
After it rained, we noticed that the roof was still leaking.
A new diagnosis was made and a new quote made. We had this work done too, and agreed with Nathan to withhold payment of the invoice amount until we could be sure that the roof was now watertight. A dehumidifier was to be loaned to us and left to run in the meantime.
We were, however, then "bombarded" with pushy emails from his office demanding that we pay the withheld amount immediately - retracting the loan of the dehumidifier. We went ahead and bought one ourselves and paid half of the open sum owing as a concession.

After a phone call with Nathan, he asked us again to pay the retained amount and said that he would of course come back if water were to enter again. We too him at his word, and paid the remaining amount.
This was 5 days after the initial invoice was issued.

Since then the problem has continued, and we have been trying to reach him through all possible channels - but are being ghosted!
We paid Dr. Roofing a double-digit sum and gave them two attempts, but the problem was not fixed.

We have now found a specialist company that has determined that many of the tiles that were necessarily removed and replaced during the course of the ‚repair‘ were no longer laid in a composite pattern - allowing water to penetrate.
We do not yet know whether this is the "only" problem.

We are now wondering whether Dr. Roofing is a specialist company at all. Such knowledge / capability is pretty fundamental!

Highly recommend! Nathan has been amazing from the outset, great with communicating with me regarding updates and the roofers were very polite and always tidied up at the end of each day. The service has been brilliant and my roof was completed in a timely manner.

Waited all morning for this guy, never turned up! Left msg saying no problem if ur running late just let me know. Still waiting.
They rang 3 days later with excuse. Rearranged for them to fix roof. 08.30 today! Its now 17.00 and no show Again or courtesy phone call. Steer clear unless u got time to waste!

Had my roof sorted by these guys and I am so pleased. Professional and friendly service and the job was finished within the time specified. Very happy!
