Reports (Colleague and patient) are well presented and easy to read and understand.
The associated workbook is a very helpful template for reflecting on the feedback received although I wonder if a different name would be helpful in drawing attention to it's existence.
The service from the staff was excellent, they were able to collate and produce a report very quickly after I spoke with them to explain my tight deadline - thank you

Anyway, she was right on time and helped me through the process which has certainly changed since I last did it. Laborious process but Georgia was helpful and clearly there are folk available when we run in to problems

I have recently picked up a administration support role at our trust and using Edgecumbe system. The staff are excellent (particularly Georgia) and extremely helpful. Always happy to provide time and assist with any queries I have come across.

Could not find the right feedback patient form. Had to ring and was given all different sort of instructions. Unable to find declaration form. Rang again but lines busy. Still waiting on email reply. For some reason asks to add a colleague. Totally unnecessary. Will not be using again. Extreme hassle.

I was attempting to collate feedback for a colleague. Trying to use the Edgecumbe system to retrospectively send requests for feedback to patients was the most clunky, frustrating, time consuming, migraine inducing, computer axing, resignation provoking piece of futility you could possibly imagine. Don't do it.

I found the staff excellent - contactable by phone ( a rarity these days!), helpful reassuring and also very efficient.
I was very worried that due to a communication mistake my feedback forms had not been sent in on time. Lib was very reassuring and said that if I scanned and emailed them they would be added to my patient feedback. Once they were scanned and emailed she confirmed they would be added today.

I have been having different treatments at the clinic for nearly four years. Dr. Vaitovich is very competent and always explain the procedures. It’s making me feel safe and at ease. I am really very pleased with the results.
