Hosting is ok but support is worst.
And why are there dumb people in support?
Either kick them or ask them to learn before providing support.
Also how are you a excellent free hosting if you keep resetting your nodes.
And why is there even a premium plan if you can't provide suport to premium users.
👎👎👎👎👎
💩💩💩💩💩<- Especially for the support team.

Also never buy the premium plans.
Why?
Here are the reasons-
1. Slow and laggy panel.
2. Client panel full of ads.
3. Dumb/Rude support.
4. Get warned if you ask them to help.
---------------
Use at your own risk xD.

Edit-
Reply for you scamming piece of crap-
We were paying you 5k per month for a crappy node.
We paid you 5k for a private node..... but what you did? added it to your free nodes list and let people make free servers on it?
is that not scam?
also for your dumb staff, instead of just bluffing and saying we are haters why don't you look at your staff and ask them to learn about the hosting panel before providing us support and why is there a free 24/7 support if your support just warns when asked to help?
Such a scamming piece of crap.

We had our whole minecraft network on your node?
Where is it?
where is the data?
can we get it back?
Didn't it get suspended because you were illegally using it?

Lol DDosing our nodes because we wrote your reality?
xD

Guys trust me this is best hosting
