From outset talking to the Sales Manager, he was professional, helpful and nothing was any trouble. He knew the products well and supplied samples and quotes quickly. Happy to alter quotations and designs to suit us until we were happy. A schedule was set.
The Office team and Dan the Manager were so efficient, excellent communication keeping us fully informed, paperwork all up to date and accurate.
Whilst we agreed a timescale to suit, our order was manufactured quickly which enabled the fitters to come about three weeks early which suited us!
Dave and Sam the fitters were very friendly, professional and got on with the job quickly - a whole house was refitted within three days and they very kindly came back to do the final touches. They offered help and advice on how to adjust things if we needed to. They were so easy to have around, cleaned up after themselves too.
The actual windows, door and patio doors are excellent quality, quiet and easy to operate. The finish inside and out is absolutely amazing - what a difference! Just wish we had replaced them earlier.
Great local Company to deal with, and knowing they were very local to us, was comforting. Extremely good quality at a very affordable price. Thank you so much guys - we can not praise you enough!

Right from the start Dan was super helpful with very good communication throughout. The guys who came to do the work were very easy to have on site (and as I work from home I saw everything!) and did a great job.

DNA Windows fitted a new conservatory roof, and resealed our windows and conservatory. Great workmanship, professional, neat and tidy, on time, and on top of all that, friendly nice people. Everything they did was also explained to us.

Dan and his incredible team were fantastic when they installed a new front door to our home. Very friendly, reliable and professional throughout, I would recommend them to anyone. We were quoted 5 weeks from measurement to installation; this proved spot on. We have loved our new door ever since - now for the rest of the house!

Down to earth, professional and friendly

I had a poor window fitting by Safestyle Uk and then they went bust. After 8 months of to and fro with the guarantors, I finally had the go ahead to use DNA window solutions ltd. What a difference! 2 lovely gents, Sam and Dave. Carpets covered, dust sheets used and a beautiful new window installed with magnets on the sides which helps in high winds. The room was left spotless. I was determined not to use a big company again and really wish I’d used this company for my whole house. Totally recommend this company and they’ve restored my trust in trades people too. Thank you. Ps no more curtains blowing in the wind or freezing cold room.
