Gill was amazing and very easy to talk to

Gill was extremely friendly and nice during the whole process as she was the two times prior. Lovely, kind and friendly lady. (Gill with a G, not with a J)

I had Melanie do a sample of blood and hair for me today. She is very professional and friendly, explained everything very well. I would rather have Melanie in future if I had to do another test.
