DM & Co were initially the agent for the house we wanted to buy and we were selling with someone else. But in fact we then swapped agents to sell our house with them too, and throughout the process, their interactions with us were always thorough, timely and so helpful. A very special shout out to Rav, Alison & Kathy who were managing our purchase, Sophie and Peter who were managing our sale and Ann in the office who helped us with the negotiations. There were also lots of others who were so helpful and kind on emails and phone and we would definitely recommend this agent to others, thank you to everyone at DM&Co!

Most noticeable quality you experience with DM is the personal touch in a world where, with time & financial restraints that's becoming rare. They have time for you. Conveyancing is fraught with delays & apathy so to have an estate agent who responds quickly and efficiently can really make a difference. Ann Wood is one such example. Always efficient, always proactive and always personable. She would go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She was the glue that held the whole process together.
