Aamar was the mechanic who did the installation who was totally professional and confident which made me believe I had made the right decision in my choice of Alloy overall experience 1st class.

Recently bought a set of alloys and tires as a package deal and couldn’t be happier with the product and service. Not being an expert to say the least I was contacted by the customer service team and advised on sizing for my car. The customer service was brilliant and were quick to reply to answer any questions I had and guided me through the purchase, which made the experience painless and enjoyable. The wheels arrived the day after they were posted. Would 100% recommend to anybody looking to buy alloys.

Avoid buying alloys and tyre package from DK Performance. DK Performance fitted tyres on my alloys that where unsafe and if I didn't know better would have put myself and family at risk. I have had this verified by two independent garages and cost me more to put right. DK Performance, ever since I logged the complaint have been non responsive and refusing to engage to put this right. Now having to go through the long winded process with trading standards, financial ombudsman and legal process to get this put right. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Ridiculous I chose to go through pay assist as I needed wheels desperately mine where cracked there website says very clearly guaranteed finance just pay 25% upfront so I gave all my details only to be told finance refused because they do credit checks over £500 doesn't mention this at all I am now stuck trying to find wheels and can't re apply for pay assist for 6 months ridiculous money making scheme

When ordering alloys they went above and beyond to help and advise me they where quick to respond to my emails they help from the beginning to the end I highly recommend this company and I will be using them more often I have never known a company who help out so much like they did thank you

I do not recommend this car service, unprofessional not mechanics, no guarantee, liars. My experience: after service, the defect returns, screws are missing or loose, the interior is dirty from oily hands. Another car service confirmed the unchanged part for which I paid. Some parts damaged after repair. Never ever.
