Ordered online for click and collect. Arrived and my item was handed to me within 2 minutes.
Product great quality and also got it at a great price.

Ordered three timber items from the 6 euro home delivery range. Total came to about 45 euro. Cheapest item was successfully delivered on 25-05-2026. No sign of the rest of the order. Courier tracking website insists that everything was delivered. No photograph of delivered items beside my door. Emailed customer care with no effect. Do not know for sure if order was actually fully delivered and items stolen afterwards. For small orders B and Q are not motivated to help if anything goes wrong. Will not use again.

I was buying kitchen bathroom items for the 15% discount. But purchase went through without being applied.

I ordered products, they were stated as in stock. When it arrived, it was missing products I ordered, therefore I wasted time waiting for the arrival and then found out that half my items were missing, so made the whole purchase worthless without all the items. Then waited for a refund. Which they then deducted a delivery charge when it was free delivery on the order. Just an awful experience

The customer service was first rate but we bought a bin storage unit which was difficult to assemble even with 2 people. I have emailed my feedback directly

I’ll never buy online from this place anymore. Product arrived missing parts and when I called the customer service they were very unprofessional and very confused not helping me at all. The product were sold out so they couldn’t replace it so the alternative would be to return the product, they said they would book the collection but didn’t have a date for the collection so it could happen at anytime. So I’ve the product that I paid for and I can’t use it because it’s missing parts and I need the product so I need to buy somewhere else, spend my money and God knows when they will come and collect it and also when I will be refunded. Never buy online anymore for this place so you should avoid it.

Delivery was very poor. Part of my order damaged but was something i could repair so just accepted it. No care in how delivery van was packed with numerous deliverys just thrown in.

The worst delivery and customer service experience i think I have ever received. My item didnt arrive for 5 weeks. No communication from BnQ. I made dozens of calls, each time I was promised the problem would be resolved, promised a call back from a supervisor or promised that the store will contact me.

Eventually I get an email with an exchange notice. Item showed up the next day.

Took a month and about 15 calls to customer service to get my order. Order went into limbo saying it was delivered. Made call after call looking for an update. Zero communication back until I had to ring the store myself that was fulfilling the order and keep plaguing customer service.

I still have not received my order one month after it was due to be delivered. Your customer service on this has been absolutely shockingly bad, could not be worse. WHERE IS MY ORDER!!!!! You have not replied to me and you have not given me any update!

great variety of items and plants all what I need

The second time I have now placed an order with B&Q Ireland for Sandtex masonry paint, on both occasions product shows in stock and available for delivery and twice the order was cancelled with no explanation. Pretty poor service, it should not be showing in stock online allowing you to complete order and just cancelled with no explanation.

I got hardware that wasn't available locally and got them delivered for free once I bought enough to avail of free delivery

Love my new fence & gate. Delivery was on schedule as planned.

I ordered two items on 17 March and despite estimated delivery of 3 days promised it took 12 days to arrive. There was a gaping hole in the parcel and one item was missing from my order and despite contacting customer service several times I’m still waiting for the item. Pathetic response to a simple problem. I’ll never buy a thing from B&Q again.

Ordered a 100L water butt, and in order to reach their shipping threshold I added extra 'nice to have' items to my basket to get free shipping. A day before delivery (which took a week), I get a random email notification saying the water butt had been refunded. When the order arrived after 7 days it didn't have the main item I wanted in the first place, I wouldn't have ordered from BnQ if they couldn't get me the water butt in 3-5 days.

When I raise the request with B&Q cust service on the day of delivery I got an automated email asking for more details, promptly filled them out and still no word back from a human yet after 5 days. I ordered on 8 of May and it's now 22nd and still have no water butt. I don't normally leave reviews like this but wanted to share my fair warning, and wasn't surprised to find many other reviews just like mine. Not impressed and won't be returning.

Have had an on going issue with an exchange for over a month now. Customer service are less than useless. Continue to lie to me about when the exchange will be done. B+Q keep emailing me daily asking for a review so here it is. Do not buy online, not worth the risk if something goes wrong
