I want to return my wall clock. The dives-watches.com site states that this is not allowed without asking for a return shipping label first. I've sent multiple requests the last two weeks to e-mail me this label but they simply don't respond. There's no customer service phone number shown, this is a Chinese scam company, don't buy there!

I purchased an Omega Speedmaster wall clock on Dives Watches
Website. This claims to be a German company but it ships from China. Upon receiving my clock I noticed that the back of the clock battery cover (which part was missing) said Constellation, that’s an entirely different clock. The original price was listed as $375 but it was on sale for $200. This clock was not worth what I paid for it. It’s cheap and poor quality…the missing back piece speaks to the level of quality control. I decided to return it. Nowhere does it state in their return policy that you cannot return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. It says returns must be in original condition, which it is and that they must approve a return first. I sent an email requesting a return to which I received a quick response stating they would send me the clock cover. I responded stating I would just prefer to return. Since then I haven’t heard anything. I’ve emailed three times and then again directly to their site. It’s incredibly unprofessional to just ignore a customer and I now know I’ve been scammed. Beware, the quality of their products are not at the level of what you’re paying for. If you want a to throw away your money you can do it at Dives watches. They CLAIM to have a 4.8 rating on Etsy although they have had 7 purchases they don’t have a single rating and they have zero reviews. It’s a blatant lie. If this were a legitimate company they wouldn’t be using gmail for their company email.

Not happy at all. I won't be back.
