Overwhelmed
Making payments by credit card incur a sizeable flat fee, so I was disappointed when payments for our trip were split into multiple payments (not my choice) which incurred the fee each time.
The land tour portion had poor time management, rushing too many things into too short of a time, with no apparent consideration given to travel time between locations. The Sarray was a decent hotel for the Giza pyramids and the GEM, but a different hotel after the live aboard that was closer to Alexandria and other sites may have been better. Don't know if this was a result of rushed research or poor recommendations by Narmer tours.
We knew going into it that we were "Beta testing" the dive boat, hence the discounted price, and boy it showed. The Aggressor website propaganda misrepresented the reality, which was not the fault of the agents.
In general, Hugh seemed overwhelmed by the complexity of this trip and the large size of our group.
