We paid for delivery, removal of the old bed frame, and full assembly/installation of the new bed base. On the first visit, the contractors said they had not been instructed to remove the old bed frame, even though that had been paid for. The delivery was also incomplete, so the job could not be finished.

On the second visit, a different team came. I still had to push for the old frame to be removed. They then tried to assemble the new base, but I could see they were struggling to join the two parts. Instead of being honest, they tried to cover it up by putting the mattress on top as if the job was done. When I challenged them, they admitted they did not have all the clips and screws needed. All they said was: contact the office!

The following week, the office said they would post the clips, even though we had paid for assembly. After that, I had to keep chasing for updates because nobody called me back. The job was then passed to another delivery team, and on the third visit they arrived with clips but no drill, even though the clips needed to be drilled into the base. So again, the job could not be completed.

The whole process took about five weeks. The bed is now fixed, but only because I kept pushing. If I had not chased this constantly, it would not have been resolved. The company took no accountability whatsoever and left me to keep following up and forcing the issue to be sorted.

Please avoid this company! If you want incomplete deliveries, failed assembly, missing parts and weeks of chasing, use them. Otherwise, stay away.

Hi this bed factory is probally the best one I have came across

Ordered mattresses and a bed. Received a high quality bed with a modern headboard. The mattresses had memory foam and are very comfortable. Got it all at an amazing price, that’s a plus point. Staff was very helpful and helped me pick the perfect bed. Will shop again for the guest bedroom!

I bought 2 divan beds, and seriously, the service and quality are just top notch, 10 out of 10! They really go out of their way to take care of you and make sure you're totally thrilled with what you get. Super satisfied!

Beautifully upholstered bed with a exclusive deal which made it beyond reasonably priced. Start to finish, from ordering to receiving the bed was made very easy. The bed was placed in the chosen bedroom. Polite service.

I hesitate to leave a negative review but my experience with this company was frustrating, upsetting at times and very time-consuming. In short, there was a succession of answered emails and messages from myself regarding delivery date of the divan I had ordered and, weeks later (given the company state a 3-10 day delivery window) when the delivery company did contact me, conflicting information on several occasions about the day of delivery. In the end I completely lost confidence in the process, and the company, and ended up applying for - and being granted - a full refund by Paypal. It's also worth noting that there is a delivery fee for missed delivery - so if you are not in when they arrive there is a 60 pound fee. Very tricky in lieu of the fact that the delivery firm is unable to give a delivery estimate as a matter of course. In one of the conversations I had with the delivery company the person was upsettingly confronting and unapologetic, blaming me for mixing up his delivery windows (by accepting the PayPal refund) and mirroring the main company's absence of apology or empathy. In essence, unfortunately customer service was almost zero in my experience. I would much rather buy from a small business than - say, Amazon or even Argos - but on the basis of what has happened here this is what I'll be doing when I order another divan.

Really pleased with my purchase. I needed a divan ottoman bed to be no higher than 95cm including headboard as it was to go under a window. I contacted half a dozen companies to ask if they could do this - only Divan Factory Outlet replied that they could and would.

I received my order very quickly, especially given that it was a custom order. The two young couriers were absolutely lovely - very polite and respectful, cleaned up after themselves and took my old beds away as well as the packaging.

And then I had my first sleep on my new bed - now just wondering why I waited so long to order! So very comfortable.

10/10 - would highly recommend.

Great company and helpful staff. Helped us to measure properly and also helped to choose the right storage bed and cost effective. We loved the Ottoman storage bed and easy to open and close. Never used one before. Delivered on time as well.

Ordered a mattress with recycling service to take away old mattress on the 20th March paid in full
Received a phone call to say it was being delivered on 2nd April so left key with neighbour
Rang to give neighbours address and was told it wasn't arriving today but would get text message to tell me when it was arriving
Paid in full had no confirmation as to the arrival it is 3rd April now
Beginning to plan to contact bank for a refund and take them to the small claims court on Tuesday after the Easter Break

Read the positive reviews. All similar style, all glowing praise. They are false reviews.
This company is linked to the Divan Bed Warehouse. The people behind these companies pop up with a branded website, sell shonky goods then disappear taking people's money with them. Do a bit of googling and DO NOT BUY from them.
I am still chasing £500 and have been since September. I have taken court action, but they wound up the company. I am now dealing with trading standards and the police!

Helpful staff. Delivered within the given time frame by two very helpful young men. Very happy with the bed and colour.

Fantastic company with brilliant products. The quality of the beds and mattresses are excellent and as described. Am a returning customer making another purchase, and found the whole process from order to receipt of delivery very easy and suited to my schedule. Got a bed from them and I must say the craftsmanship was very good. The bed looks amazing and it was within my budget. The delivery guys were very courteous and the bed was delivered in time. 5 stars!!

1 star is way to high I paid for remove old bed frame guess what.. it’s still here and the new bed frame came 16 days late.. had time to get a new gf in that time frame I paid for headboard they didn’t attach it despite me paying for them to attach it what a joke just avoid
