I placed an order and it showed that was prepared to ship the same day. Was very impressed. Then a week later the package still showed that had not yet shipped and my order was canceled. No way to chat or call company to see what happened. I was issued a full refund.

Hookah does not come as shown!
Hookah does not come as shown on the website. I ordered the gold hookah that comes with the BLACK hose and they sent me a gold one that came with ORANGE hose. Which it doesn’t look good together. Emailed them twice about the issue and still have not heard back from anybody.

All my vapes worked, all 10 of them!!!!!
I previously ordered from another on line vape store. I ordered the Kangvape Red Ice in a 10 pack. I should have opened them and tried everyone to see if they worked. I had 5 out of 10 that didn't even work at all. I was very dissapointed that I had put out the money and only got 5 that worked. I sent them an email, with no response at all. I figured I would give it another shot with Disposable Vapez. I opened every one and they all work. Lesson learned!!!! Thank you Disposable Vapez. I will order from you from now on.
