Worst family vacation ever
We go on vacation every year as a family only time that we can truly be together. We was told at the last minute one week before our vacation that we would have to be in two separate homes. We was also told that the homes would be close together and they where on opposite ends of the road houses apart. This was by far one of the worst vacation. It did not bring us together it separated us. We could have stayed home because we did not have the family vacation we always plan for every year.

Hi Dawana,
We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than ideal. We hope you understand that we did our very best as a booking company to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. As soon as the property management company notified us that the property you have originally booked was not available for your stay, we looked for alternative homes. Being in the summer season and a last-minute adjustment, no homes were in the market for the same rates, unfortunately. Sweet Home Vacation wanted to assist our guests in every way we can, so we decided to pay the price difference for your new homes. We are very disappointed to hear that you and your family did not enjoy your annual vacation. We do apologize for your unfortunate experience, and we hope that you would book with us again next year.
Kind Regards,
Sweet Home Vacation

The home was AMAZING!
The home was AMAZING! We had a party of 20 and was quite comfortable. The ages ranged from 1 year old to 76 and everyone was equally. Everything that was listed in the advertisement met our expectations. The children loved the pool in the house as well as the water park.
Now there were some minor damages that I noticed when we arrived at the home for example the grill wasn't clean and hadn't been for quite some time, marks on the wall, a small hole in the ceiling from a pool stick and a few other things. Aside from those things the house was in great condition.
My family and I enjoyed this home so much we are in the process of planning another family vacation with this host!!!

Hi Chenae,
Thank you for sharing your experience! We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed your stay.
We apologize for the minor issues you have mentioned, we have passed on the notes to the property manager to have them resolved. In regards to the grill, as we do not see the BBQ grill rental added to your booking, the one on the premises is believed to be the owner's personal item. Again, we are sorry for the confusion and we would like to offer you a special bonus on your next stay! Thank you for choosing Sweet Home Vacation and we hope to have you back soon again!
Kind Regards,
Sweet Home Vacation

Your company is outstanding
Your company is outstanding, your staff is one of the best that I have had the privilege of working with. My family and I have been vacationing in the US for more than 11 years now and I will have to say that the only company that topped you. Was our vacation in Breckinridge Colorado. You made our family vacation amazing. The house was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities that we needed. I am planning our next vacation to Orlando and definitely will be using you.
