I had the worst experience; heading to Disney from Paris centre into Disney, the driver decided to stop at a petrol stop and get a takeaway coffee and croissant for himself. We waited inside the bus for 10 minutes before the driver returned, and not even an apology or word as to why we had stopped. He continued to drive us to Disney while eating and drinking.
On our way back, it was Paris Independence Day, and the driver randomly stopped at 1 hour's walking distance from our drop-off and told us to get off as the road was closed and he couldn't drive us closer to the drop-off area. This meant we were left in an unknown location with our 2 kids around 10 p.m. We would not recommend it. We will definitely catch the train and metro next time, as our experience was awful for such an expensive serve.

Paris airport transfer to CDG: We had an excellent experience with Disney Shuttle. It was easy to reserve online, reasonably priced, the driver confirmed with me the evening before our 6:30am pick-up, he arrived right on time, had the addresses for both of our apartments, it was a comfortable clean van, he helped us with luggage, he was knowledgeable about the airport and where to drop each of us off, it was perfect! 😊

We booked a transfer to CDG airport from our hotel in Paris online. The process was easy and we received a confirmation email that night. The driver Ragu was punctual, friendly and professional. The car was clean and spacious. Would use them again if we visit Paris in the future.

When we arrived they were waiting for us, the car was quite new, the person who was waiting for us was charming and a good driver. For the return trip, he was at the park at the time we met and took us to the airport in the same way. Very clean vehicles. I would hire him again.

Contratamos el servicio para ir desde el aeropuerto a uno de los hoteles asociados de disney. Ibamos 2 adultos y 3 niños y el servicio fue muy bueno. Nos recogieron en cuanto aterrizo el avion, nos llevaron en una furgoneta donde cabia perfectamente todo nuestro equipaje y dos sillas de bebes, el chico muy amable y el precio fueron unos 10€ por persona. Tambien lo contratamos para volver al aeropuerto y nos dejo en dos terminales diferentes porque teniamos vuelos diferentes. Servicio totalmente recomendable.
