Great product but it keeps being out of stock, and then stays out of stock for weeks. This really should be 5 stars the product deserves it, but availability is a real issue.

More delivery info
Could do with more delivery information, such as which courier will be used and expected delivery date given on conformation email. The track delivery button didn’t give any information. However when I contacted them their response was quick and and informative.

Great customer service
I recently placed an order for the Dishmatic I-Stand Fillable Washing Up Handle in WHITE, but I received a black one instead by mistake. When I emailed the customer service, they immediately sent a replacement for White with quite a few refills. Really glad with the solution

I've been using the Dishmatic washing up handle for about a year now, and I honestly can't imagine going back to a standard sponge. The handle is easy to grip and refill, plus it keeps my hands out of the dirty water.
