I’ve used quite a few EPOS systems over the past eight years, and most were too expensive, poorly designed, or missing key functionality. The big companies seem more interested in making downloadable apps for customers rather than making meaningful changes that improve sales and efficiency.

With Dishforager, it was different. They actually listened to our suggestions and what we needed from the system. The functionalities they provided have made our FoH and kitchen operations really streamlined. Any time we report a bug, the turnaround for a fix is very fast.

We were so happy that we also used them for our new website. Our old site had SEO problems, but the new one uses their CMS and is streamlined to help with our local ranking. They also implemented a reporting system for us that calculates price vs. cost to give us a clear profit figure. It's been a great move for our business since I don't know if anyone else could provide what they offer. Not without having to pay hand over fist for bespoke software.

I use the dish forager system at my work for both front of house and the kitchen. It works smoothly and allows me to work efficiently to get food and drinks to customers. It's clearly labelled and very easy to learn how to use, I would recommend!
