This company came highly recommended from a friend so I decided to give it a shot. My first order arrived as it should, albeit later than advertised. I decided to try to stay ahead of the falsely advertised ship times by ordering sooner and my order has had the shipping label printed for 4 days with no movement. Very frustrating when trying to keep things consistent on my end. Love the quality of the products but the shipping issues are incredibly frustrating.

Great customer service and rest assured the product quality is of the highest standard. The time they put into testing is beyond the standard. So happy to have found this website. Gives one such a piece of mind. Thank you Diguised Alpha for being in the research community.

I’ve been ordering from DR for months and have always loved how quick they were. This week was the only week it came late. Customer service helped me and told me they were backed up, and compensated with store credit for simply just being a little late. No one does it like them

Shipping was fast, the packaging was totally amazing and they even gave me a lollipop as a gift lol.

The ordering process is simple and straight forward, with good overall pricing, clear information, and confirmable COAs. However, Their customer service is inconsistent - sometimes you'll get a reply back, sometimes you won't, sometimes its quick, other times it takes days. Their shipping timeframe is not accurate at all - Advertised as same day fullfilment if ordered before 2PM, it took about a week. One item was advertised as overnighted cold chain, was still sent via 2 day shipping (arrives tomorrow) and item will likely be unusable due to incorrect shipping method in 100 degree temps...

I ordered last Wednesday and today is Wednesday and still have not received my order. I'm scheduled to get my order tomorrow we will see if that happens. I'm so disappointed. 😫
Update- Brady did reach out and is trying to make up for the delay in my delivery. I did receive my package on Thursday and we both agree for normal circumstances that is far too long. I do like the way they are not afraid to reach out to customers to get their feedback.

Fast shipping and great variety of products!

So far, I have been happy with the product seems to be high-quality. Prices are within range of industry standard. The only thing is they advertise product to your lab within two days. If I order on Sunday, I don’t get my order until Friday. That is not two days.

My experiences with Disguised Research have been excellent . They are no less than exceptional in their Customer Service. The products thus far have also been no less than life changing!! They have good prices are fair and they continue to provide their customers with different savings options with EVERY order! You can accumulate points with every $1 spent. They always respond to emails within less than 12 hours. The Only thing I worried about with my first two orders was shipping time which has since been resolved. And resolved beyond what I expected. Nothing but great things to say about this company!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Highly recommend! Was off to a slow start due to back up of orders, making my order arrive 5 days later than expected BUT each time I reached out BOOM Brady was right there with a quick response to explain & assure me that my order was being handled. In the end he went above and beyond with customer service to ensure a great experience. The product is packaged well and works FANTABULOUSLY… and love the labeling! Decent products, but shipping is a huge problem. It takes them longer to process and get the item to FedEx then it does for FedEx to get it to you

I placed an order the other day, received an invoice, and paid it promptly. Since then, I haven’t received any order confirmation or update. I also contacted customer support, but I haven’t received a response.

What’s frustrating is that before I paid, they kept sending reminders about my order and payment. Now that they’ve received my money, there’s been complete silence. The lack of communication feels very unprofessional and, unfortunately, comes across as quite scammy.
