What has happened to your support
What has happened to your support? I'm working on a project. Run into a stumbling block. Seek answers from the Community and this is the banner I see:
"Due to backend maintenance on the TechSmith user community, the ability to create new posts or comment on posts has been temporarily disabled. If you're looking for technical support, please click Support in the bottom right hand corner."
Wait a few days and it's still there. I have to resort to submitting a ticket and because support is on the other side of the world apparently, days drag on as they ask and I answer questions about my problem. In the meantime, my project is on hold. This is unsatisfactory. I pay hundreds of dollars for a platform with zero support. Not acceptable. I've been a happy client for over 10 years. Get your act together.
