what an absolute joke this company is. Why should anyone have to show bank statements going back 5 years in order to get a job.
I'm sure GDPR is out of the window with this company.
You have to show far less information to obtain a mortgage !!!!

I think the process was very efficient. It was a straightforward process when answering any questions and uploading documents. The screening was easy to follow

From beginning to end the process was seamless, I had a few queries and spoke to the customer reps who were all really friendly and provided me with the relevant information I needed. Took 2 weeks to complete the process for me.

It was a straightforward procedure and easy to follow. There wasn't a way to check if the docs were clear enough though as they uploaded straight away

The requests were clear with emails always followed up with a phone call. The only issue I had was there was a lack of progress visibility … on one occasion, I uploaded all the documents but 2 days later I received the same request so can only assume they were not received… could there be a way in the system to confirm that there was a problem or no problem and the documents had been received?

All my questions and my concerns were taken care and responded in a quicker way.

I’ve never had to have screening done for a job before so I was a bit nervous about the whole procedure. However everything was handled very professionally and the lady who did my checks was absolutely amazing! She explained everything to me and put up with me ringing with questions all the time! Her name was Savannah Buckle and honestly that lady is worth her weight in gold!
