If No Stars was an option thats what they would get.
Firstly, the were a no show on the organise date and time. I waited at the property for half an hour and called to be told their cleaner had car issues. (This excuse I have seen in several reviews now).
They offered to organise someone at 2pm that day so I went ahead with that. The property is a 2x2 and it was for a vacate clean, including deep clean of blinds, glass sliding door and mirrors and a balcony clean.
Jodie the cleaner spent from 2:20pm -4:18pm when she called to say she was finished. On my way home I went through to inspect the clean and was in disbelief.
The property had been left worse then it was prior to the clean. Shocked and upset I contacted Jodie and asked when she would be returning to finish the clean.
To which she replied it had been completed. After a bit of back and forth with her she came back at 8am the next day. As I had the PCR booked in at 9am.
My partner stayed at the property to make sure she completed her job.
All in all she spent 2 hours at my 2x2 doing a 'vacate clean'.
I stupidly paid upfront $545. I am now going back and forth (even though I am being ignored) with 'Mark' in order to recieve a refund.
For atleast part of the amount as there is no way her services were worth $545.
Two days later I had to organise another one of my properties to be cleaned and after speaking to several cleaning companies they all confirmed 2 hours would not have even achieved a sufaces clean.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Don't bother
Would not recommend this company from our experience. None of the cleaners booked showed up on any days they said were coming and we had a strict deadline the company promised would be no problem to work too. Turned out it wasn't the cleaners, they weren't given the correct information from the company. We also only authorised the deposit be paid and they took the whole amount without our authorisation. Hoping we get a refund as promised. Very disappointed with the service. Save yourself the hassle and go direct to a cleaner not through Dirty2tidy.

This company is holding money from a hard working Family .. They will not respond to emails or phone calls to.fix the situation so we can all move on ..we have been abused by staff and lied to .. yesterday we were told one of our jobs got refunded but when talking to the client who was happy with our clean she sent us proof there was no refund and they took her money .. so they are holding our pay from a family that has young kids to feed ... The abuse from the staff is horrible and no one will call or respond to our emails of need to explain where our payments are ? Don't use this company all's they care about it keeping peoples money and charging more on the jobs once arrived so they get there percent .. have a heart dirt2tidy and pay our family money that we worked hard for

Does not turn up to job til 5 hrs late. Clean terrible and didn’t pass bond. Didn’t turn up for reclean until days later and multiple calls from estate agent and myself. Lied to me, terrible customer service

Never Cleaned
I booked online for an oven clean having looked briefly at the good Google review rating. I paid a $49 deposit. When no one showed 45mins after the confirmed booking I called the Melbourne centre and they had to call back as they’d had no contact from the cleaner. They did call back quickly and offered to book a new time as they’d been unable to contact the cleaner and hadn’t heard of a delay. They organised a new time that I had to follow up with an email to confirm a time. Then this second booking got cancelled via email. I responded to the email asking for the return of my deposit and attached a screenshot of the payment made. I received no reply and no refund as yet.

Pathetic
Several times they were meant to show and do my clean and nobody has. Was booked for 7.30 Friday and it is now 2pm Tuesday and still nothing. Constant calls to them to be told someone was coming but nobody shows

Renovation Clean Not Done Properly
At the end of a renovation, I needed the property cleaned quickly. Instructions were Walls, Windows, Floors, Stairs. After paying $1,100 the walls had handprints everywhere and I ended up having to clean anyway. They were apologetic but I got nothing in the way of a refund or credit. They were nice guys and the floors are good but I paid a premium for a lesser service.

Frauds… thieves.
Wouldn’t start cleaning until I made the payment and then in four hours only manage to vacuum the carpets and clean window tracks the cleaner than left for over an hour and a half for his lunch break when he came back he and his friend started cleaning again I left the property they left not long after I did and didn’t complete any further cleaning they were called back to do a re-clean and never showed up they were supposed to meet the agent they didn’t they are claiming they went in to do the clean however the house was fully locked and they can’t tell us how they got in. the exit inspection showed the house was not cleaned and they are now ignoring emails and phone calls refusing to go back and re-clean and refusing a refund.

UNPROFESSIONAL OWNERS - DONT USE
Though I had $50 to $100 cheaper quotes from the other three professional cleaning services, I decided to go with dirt2tidy because of their 4.9 Google review star rating and I expected more standard of service from them for the money I pay. They claim to use professional cleaners and high end equipment for cleaning on their website. However, my professional cleaners were a school boy and his dad. I didn’t get the service what the owners agreed at the time of booking. Later I realized most of their Google reviews are from overseas customers which is unusual for a local business.

I can confirm that I have responded to all your emails and phone calls. Also, I can confirm that I have paid you (just because I don’t want you to penalise that little boy). CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT (REF NO:23170003) AND SEND ME THE RECEIPT ASAP.
When I contacted dirt2tidy AKA End of Lease Cleaning Adelaide you quoted $450 for an end of lease cleaning after 20% discounts. I phoned them again to check the pricing as I thought the cleaners might expect the house to be empty for an end of lease cleaning. I was right, the new quote for domestic cleaning came to $550 after 20% discounts which are $100 extra. The justification the customer service officer gave me for $550 is that the cleaners have to move furniture as they clean. He also confirmed that the cleaning covers everything which covers the end of lease clean checklist. To bring the price down I requested him to remove bedrooms, pantry, laundry, and garage from the quote and agreed to pay $355 after 20% discounts. Please see the end of lease checklist.
On arrival your cleaning contractor mentioned that he never gets communicated properly about the nature of work booked from his agency. To avoid any dispute afterwards, I showed him around and confirmed everything before they started the work. You know that fact and please don’t try to deny that now. I would have cancelled the service if they said “NO” in the first place.
It is not my fault that your contractors took 10 hours to clean. Kids have their limitations.
I received a call from dirt2tidy demanding me to pay through the email link they send to me. I advised them that the payment will be made once they finish cleaning. Then they forced me to pay straight away and offered a 7 days cleaning satisfaction guarantee. This made me suspicious and I started looking at the Google reviews thoroughly.
The cleaning contractor only informed me that they can’t clean everything in the middle of the job, not at the start. This was a surprise and shock for me because these were all agreed upon before they started cleaning. I phoned the customer service officer to check why they were refusing to clean these items and the response was it's not included in the domestic cleaning which is contradictory to the conversation we had during the time of booking. I told him that I booked the service based on google reviews which I found not right now. He responded that it’s an irrelevant topic to discuss now. The director called me later and he also argued that the additional services mentioned earlier are not included in my booking. I asked him about the Google reviews, and he didn’t forget to show his attitude. He hangs up the phone saying he will call me back with a resolution. He then called the cleaner and gave him instructions not to leave my house until I pay them. The cleaner mentioned that dirt2tidy won't pay him if I refuse to pay. I didn’t want the cleaner to be the victim and told him that I will pay when we find a resolution for what has happened.
My first Google review somehow disappeared which I believe was taken down by someone. I demanded they put my review back on Google to make the payment. However, the response came as a threat calling me a cheater, dodgy customer, taking me to court for defamation, reporting me to the credit default department etc. I don’t think this good for a healthy business and would like to tell you I’m not here to ruin your business.

As I stated earlier, you quoted $450 for end of lease cleaning and $550 for domestic cleaning which is $100 extra to move the furniture around. I customized the domestic cleaning taking down bedrooms, laundry, pantry and garage which brought it down to $355. Your customer service advised me checklist for domestic cleaning and end of lease cleaning are the same. I reconfirmed this before your cleaner started cleaning and only disputed when you changed the word in the middle of cleaning.
This conversations back and forth itself shows how STRESSFUL it is dealing with you.
I have deposited money in the ANZ bank account you provided and you telling the world I haven't paid itself exposes your LIES.

Rude and Poor Work
Obtained a quote, sales lady called 3 times trying to sell me with discount codes. I accept and have a call saying the cleaner wants more money to complete the job I was already quoted for. Says they’re walking off. Fine I want my money back, no we are going to stay but do a half arsed job. Lady had the audacity to call me rude after asking for almost DOUBLE the quote price over the phone.

Do not use this company - not professional
This company assumes that they need to come several times to do a good job. I had booked their services for an end of tenancy professional cleaning, for a simple 1 bedroom apartment.
The result was unsatisfying, not up to agency standard, resulted in £120 charges taken off my deposit:
1/ Cleaners arrived 2 hours late and seemed in a rush
2/ Simple cleaning was not performed in the bathroom
3/ They had already postponed the first appointment from early morning Monday to late evening, and given my checkout was on the Tuesday, when asked to come back, I had a very unpleasant reply
4/ When escalating this, nobody cared and told me they need 7 days to come back and it was my fault -> FOR A JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PERFORMED WELL INITIALLY!
Do not use them!

My experience
We paid nearly $700 for an end of tenancy clean and provided a list of cleaning that was required by our real estate agent. I was told this list would be fully completed. We were present and repeatedly had to get the cleaners to repeat jobs (oven x 3 etc.). They repeatedly said "so we will just leave that?" when we answered their questions or "you will need to take that up with Dirt2Tidy because we just contract from them". Then they cleaned the outside windows which was part of the list I had provided. At the end they insisted on a signature on a list of things they had cleaned (it contained no other writing). We later received an invoice for $60 for the external windows and when I said it was included they sent a copy of the list we had signed. I complained that we had to return to clean the upstairs internal windows ourselves and they did not respond until I pointed out that they were breaching their own terms and conditions by failing to address this.
There are multiple issues here.
1. In contract law, there needs to be an offer and an acceptance to constitute a contract - they didn't say the external windows would cost extra and we didn't agree to it and therefore there was no contract and their invoice was not payable (look up Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain v Boots Cash Chemists [1953] 1 QB 401).
2. The difference between a condition and a warranty is that a condition of contract is so important that without it, a party would not enter the contract. I would have cancelled the clean had I not received agreement that everything on the real estate cleaning list would be cleaned. That means its a condition and it's breach means I could terminate the contract or sue the company (look up Bettini v Guy (1876) 1 QBD 183).
3. Making people sign a piece of paper which is just a list and later claiming that it is an agreement is unconscionable conduct (look up Le Mans Grand Prix Circuits Pty Ltd v Illadis [1998] 4 VR 661 and non es factum). The list did not have anything like 'I am happy with the quality of cleaning' etc. written on it.
Thankfully, I know this stuff and was able to stop us from being scammed but its terrible that companies take advantage. They backed down when I mentioned contract law and how they had breached basic concepts. I received an email from someone senior with a thousand apologies and the removal of the $60 invoice.
These are the facts. Be careful with all companies you deal with, some more so than others.

Disgraceful service - AVOID
Disgraceful service! was very shocked to see very little had actually been done. I spent 2hrs of my own time to try and get things done but couldn’t, as per Real Estate’s report.
It is apparent that the wrong products/chemicals were used in nearly every application.
The floors were disgraceful as pictured, all benches tops and tiles were smeared with water, none of the sinks had been rinsed, tapware wasn’t wiped down, dusting wasn’t done, top of the toilets had a white powdery residue, shower tracks in ensuite not done plus much more.
What was done in the 10 working hours they were paid for?
The house was not dirty as all major cleaning had been done during the Christmas Break (stove top, range hood, calcium build up in showers, high pressure sprayed outside, carpets already done professionally) There wasn’t much to do yet it is the worst and most expensive vacate clean we have ever had!

RIDICULOUSLY UNRELIABLE
1. Late without notice. I booked an end of lease cleaning a day before handover and the cleaner didn't arrive on time. 10 minutes past, I called up the office and they informed me that they're 1 hour late.
2. Late again and rescheduling. After over 1 hour, the cleaner informed me that they were located 1 hour away and would be better to reschedule to the day after at 7am just before handover at 11am.
3. Cancelling. On the day after, the cleaner informed me he couldn't come just 30 minutes before appointment. He even had the audacity saying I need to arrange a replacement with their office myself.
As result, my handover is now postponed, upsetting the property agent and the new tenant, not even counting my working/sleeping time wasted due to constant delay, rescheduling and cancellation.
I understand that a person can be sick, but I can't accept that the company couldn't get a replacement or even outsourced the task to another company. Unbelievably poor operation.

Damaged brand new home instead of cleaning.
Company claimed they provided construction cleaning services however were definitely unqualified, under-equiped and inexperienced. There was remains of construction debre, dust, dirt, paint and adhesive that are easily removed throughout the house. They used hydrochloric acid on my tiles to attempt to clean them only to melt the paint off of my skirting resulting in having to pay my painter to repaint them. I definitely would not recommend any of their services as they still expect me to pay the full invoice regardless of these damages and inability to perform the required tasks. Pathetic service and with 0 professionalism. If I could rank lower than 1 star I would.
Update to response: absolute garbage of a response. The acid melted the paint over the course of the day. I reported it directly to the cleaner that was responsible for the clean. He instantly stopped answering calls or messages. Once reported back to Khalifa at head office he advised the remaining bill would be waived as the images of damages and incomplete clean was unsatisfactory. This businesses lies and then keeps sending me invoices regardless of the damages incurred. Once this is settled I will provide an updated response of outcome.

I had a good communication about my lease cleaning in online support.They quote me amount of 340$ with 20% off which was 265$. I clearly mentioned them i need a detail clean of unit including kitchen;laundry;bathrooms and balcony blinds as well.I also provided them checklist provided my real estate agent to ensure task is done properly.Cleaning was schedule to be at 1 pm at the cleaners went to a wrong address and called me.I had to wait them 1 hr more to handover the key.Apparently; when the cleaner went inside the apartment he made a bad face looking at the status of the unit and said i was only said to clean 2 bed and one bathroom.Ofcourse; 2 bedroom unit will consists a balcony,kitchen areas;oven;laundry;bathroom and lounge aswell.The next day when i came nothing was done .Balcony wasn’t clean;there was rubbish inside the cabinet with cockroaches;laundry dryer Filter was full of rubbish;bathtub had black marks;kitchen bench;bathroom bench had rusting stains;walls of the lounge were not even touched;dishwasher had rubbish;range-hood filter was very sticky I am not sure what did the cleaner do!!
They need to be well trained before sending them to do end of lease cleaning.I would have done far better than the cleaner.
Also to cleaners; please note you don’t expect a clean unit when its end of lease.I ended up paying 300$ extra for re cleaning the unit again. worst cleaner I ever used.
