Rang to ask some questions about a project as I’ve not used composite before and the staff were very helpful in guiding me through what I needed. I spoke with Hanna and she helped explain the differences in the products and even offered a free sample pack to help me decide on the best colour as I wasn’t sure what I needed.

Went into the Hindley green store today and dealt with Natalie , needed some advice regarding a project I was working on , after not being sure how to go about it she guided me through different options and ideas , the items she recommended were perfect for the job in hand , the jobs finished and looks amazing ,nice to deal with some one who is so helpful and a big smile on their face

Great price on aluminium joists marred by ridiculous delivery charges. 4m decking boards free delivery, 3.6m aluminium 70quid delivery to same house from same place.

Free samples received very quickly and are really helpful for choosing the best colour and type of decking will suit best.

I have recently purchased Dino Decking which I can recommend as it is a well made product and a dice system where by all the fixings are secret.
The finish quality is superb, I bought the Premium Sage Green version as I wanted a light colour so as to reduce heat absorption from the sun and also matches my surround fencing.

Ordering was straightforward (I did design the layout myself) so I knew what I wanted. I recommend choosing one of the sample packs which comes with a brochure explaining the details.

After ordering I received the good within a few days.

The delivery was very quick (next day) and they even went out of there way to swap the colour on the day, when it arrived as we had changed our mind over night, the driver went back and swapped our decking for another colour👍

The delivery arrived quickly and the driver was early too. The quality of the product is great, although be careful ordering too many fixings as if you need to return them, you lose money on cost of postage plus 10% restocking fee! Not happy about that as they selected how many bags we would need based on our board numbers

I have ordered a sample pack to help to decide what type of decking and colour I would like and I was very impressed about the quality and various selection area. Also, I was impressed about including in the package a catalog with accesories, balustrades and fencing products which helped me very much to plan my project in details and to estimate the cost.

I got what I ordered and it arrived on time with a really chatty driver. Have started to build decking and it goes down well. Unfortunately Cumbrian weather is slowing progress but can't blame dino for that.

I received delivery of my order from Dino decking earlier today and was immediately pleased with the quality of product. Their driver Kristian was an absolute gentleman and when it came to unloading nothing was too much trouble. Kristian even insisted on placing my items in my garage rather than off-loading them onto my drive. He certainly projected Dino decking as the first class company that they are.

Great product and really easy to assemble just time consuming when on your own although it is close to 60m2, I would highly recommend to anyone and piece of advise is buy a decent pop rivet gun 😉 I got a 12v Milwaukee and put in roughly 1600 rivets with ease 😊

The process of selecting and ordering materials is exceptionally easy (on-line) and Dino Decking are very quick to answer any emails - response within the hour!! The product is good quality and was the lowest priced composite decking in the WN7 area.

If you need more advice on the product itself or how much material you will need for your project, then I would ring before visiting the office as they are currently staffing the reception. You can, however obtain sample packs (on-line or at reception) - which also have the product booklet inside.... and there is lots of advice on their website.

Excellent product and service from Dino Decking. Communication about the order, processing and delivery was very good indeed. Delivery was very speedy, and the driver was exceptionally polite, helpful, and cheerful. Too often with bulk deliveries, drivers leave things on the edge of your property. DD are very considerate and placed the fencing where it was wanted. Fencing is now up and it looks fabulous. Well done DD, an altogether good experience buying from you.
