I have had deliveries from Andy 1542 for many years. He always goes above and beyond with my orders and the fish is always good quality. It is great getting quality products delivered direct to your door and as it’s frozen at source I can use it when needed and less waste

Andy (1542) has been delivering fish, chicken and other products to use for several years and comparatively recently joined Dining Solutions. He has always been a pleasure to deal with, trying hard to find products that he knows we will enjoy and often keeping special selections for us. Since he joined Dining Solutions, we have noticed an improvement in the chicken (which was already good) and some delicious new lines such as tempura prawns but we have a problem with the change to large quantities of one item, particularly types of fish. Previously we could order fish selections in one pack or smaller packs of one item and Andy would meet our specific needs.. As a very small household, we don't want 12 pieces of the same fish! Andy is now restricted in how he can meet our needs and, as a result, we are ordering less frequently. Hence the score of 4 rather than 5, Were Dining Solutions to start offering more mixed packs or smaller amounts in a pack, we would return to ordering more.

A very personable talesman, Tom. Plenty of choice of products and it all looked good quality. I have very little freezer space but bought a box of haddock, can’t wait to try it.

Richard number 1502 is the person who regular calls on us and he is always very polite and extremely helpful.

The gentleman that popped in to show us the produce was lovely. It is all very well presented and quality looks good. A very varied selection too. We bought a mixed fish selection.

Andy1542 is super helpful, goes through what he has in his van expertly explaining what he has clearly. Pleasure doing business with him and the products are excellent- the salmon and prawns 👌especially

Dining Solutions continues to provide an extensive range of high quality foods. The customer care is also very good, particularly delivery from Andy 1542 who is helpful, friendly and considerate.

The young man Aaron was super efficient in his knowledge of your products and very polite too with all the questions I had to ask him.
The food is of superb quality and makes supermarket alternatives look inferior in comparison.

A very good variety of food products.

The selection of products is impressive but the volume in each box is such that each represents a significant outlay.
From a marketing point of view half boxes would sell very well, even if slightly marked up.
In short therefore: Expensive but of high quality.

If he doesnt have something we would like he will always arrange to come back when convenient. The food is always of excelent quality with a great variety of meats with clear labeling and cooking instructions. It is a joy to do business with DSD and Martin

Very polite guys asked if I would like to buy quality fish and meat. Their van was well equipped and clean. They showed me a range of frozen foods. I chose swordfish and at no time was I under pressure to purchase. The fish I purchased is delicious and I will buy from them again.
