bad customer service
After placing an order totaling over $1,000, I decided to return the merchandise. The company’s return process requires customers to first submit a return request, which must be reviewed and approved before a return label is issued. I submitted the required return request, but received no response for an extended period of time. During this time, I made multiple attempts to contact the company through phone calls and emails, all of which went unanswered.
With no communication or assistance from the company, I was left with no option but to dispute the charge with my payment provider. Shortly after the dispute was initiated, the company suddenly responded and provided a return shipping label. I promptly returned the items, and tracking confirmed that they were received on November 21.
Despite the confirmed return, I did not receive a refund for more than two weeks. Once again, my attempts to follow up via email and phone were ignored, and no explanation or timeline for the refund was provided. Due to the continued lack of communication and delay, I reopened the dispute. Only after reopening the dispute did the company finally issue my refund.
Terrible customer service
The whole situation started off bad. My order was packaged and noted as shipped on the Dihsan website. When I went to the FedEx link, the package was not yet received by the carrier. The package then did not move for several days. I sent an email and tried calling and did not receive a response from either. The package did finally arrive, ~ 10 days later and the item did not fit. I immediately sent another email and tried calling. 48 hours later I received a response that my item was not eligible for refund bc of the discounted price. This is not stated anywhere in the purchase process. I had to go to the return policy and click a link to see the full information. Not very clear for a first time buyer on this website. I have sent several follow-up emails and no response. I am now disputing with my credit card company and will never shop at this website. Zero customer service.

Delivery process was not transparent
Delivery process was not transparent, nor accurate and it took way longer than necessary to receive. Adding details as requested by the vendor. Order placed on 22 -Jul, an email from vendor indicating "order is on the way with a DHL tracking number and location of shipment (Doral, FL), 24 -Jul. Another 5 days before ever leaving FL. Each day we'd check against the tracking number and for 5 days no activity!!! On the day of the proposed delivery, we receive an "EXCEPTION NOTICE", and the tracking had the package in Dora, FL; the origin!!!! After continuous tracking there was no movement. On the day the packaged arrived; it came by way of USPS and not DHL. Total nonsense!!!

I don’t know how this site has gotten all these positive reviews. I ordered 2 pairs of Versace Jeans Collection sandals. They are not authentic and they are made in China! They are also defective, the strap isn’t adjustable but it is so loose that it they don’t touch your ankle. Definitely not Versace quality. Then no response via email and you can’t get a live person on the phone. I am disputing with my credit card company as I spent $555 US. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this site

Very very poor customer service
Very very poor customer service. Even after saying that I am open to bearing the return label cost and new product shipping cost as I needed an exchange no one from the team responded back to voicemails and emails. I would ask anyone who ever comes to Dihsan to rethink shopping. For any reason if you need customer support that concept is just a joke for this store.

I’m pretty educated on the authenticities of the products I buy, and I can confirm that the Tom Ford buckley briefcase I bought is 100% authentic, it came in good condition, delivery date was as promised, and a price that many other stores couldn’t beat. Looking forward to shopping here again.
