I love customer support!!

I love customer support!!! i find it difficult as a Back Nine franchisee to copy phone numbers received and send a text from the Digi line, not sure if its just me or the method it becomes easier if i create a contact and i prefer to create a contact when the person becomes a member. If that makes sense...

Not trustworthy! They say they have a 30 day money back guarantee but they don't give your money back.
Plate doesn't work as advertised, no recourse. My suggestion, DO NOT BUY.

They’re absolutely scammers don’t ever believe them I told them it’s not working they said well back to you they never back to me they don’t even answer they don’t listen to your problems when you paid them just ask them a small question you will find out what I’m talking about

Total lack of support to new customer. No phone or live chat to help. Only way to contact is via their website message facility and that doesnt work!!

Plaques came in all scratched and stained, COUPLED WITH terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, very dismissive and nonchalant. We received 2 plaques (one IG, another Google). They came all stained and scratched. When we reached out to them - the email address on their website wasn't functional. We then proceeded to leave a message on their website contact platform. We exchanged with seemed like a bot or AI, showed no understanding, no apologies, just arrogance. The plaques themselves do work. But the state they came in as well as the utter lack of support from customer services was horrendous. For this, we do NOT recommend this company.

Expensive no quantifiable benefit save your money

I ordered 5 and couldn't get the Instagram one to work. Their software is expensive. I don't think it helps get any reviews as our have actually dropped since we installed these and my manager hates how they look. We've had them for a year; pretty much a waste of money for our client base.

Don't hesitate. The hype is real!

I couldn't be happier with this product. Just this first week of use, I've had at least 6-8 new reviews. It really is as simple as they advertise. Scan the QR code, and BAM the review comes up immediately. Amazing results so far!
