Had a really good experience so far with diesel emissions, easy process.

It was very easy and straightforward to apply. All communications were very clear.

I can not comment really until my claim goes through that if it does and hopefully, at the end of it, I do jit want to be owing you.

Very please with the process and how this was dealt with involving and minimising personal disruption but still having time and opportunity to clarify any questions or concerns.

Their adverts say to check if your vehicle qualifies but all it does is want you to sign up without knowing if your car qualifies or not. Not something I would sign up to without knowing the facts. Sounds like a scam of some sort; I won't sign up

This is the first time I have made a claim for any thing and I found the whole process confusing. I have not signed the confirmation yet as I find the contract to wordy for a simple member of the public. The company seen nice but forward in everything they do.
