Great customerservice
Originally bought a pair of Diemme boots from a swedish website, that later went bankrupt without my knowledge. The laces broke after a few weeks, because the laces got caught on the hooks of the other shoes. The swedish website didn't respond at all, because of the bankruptcy, which left me frustrated, because a pair of laces cost 15 euros. I then wrote to Diemme explaining my problem, and they sent me a new pair of laces free of charge, without even paying shipment fees. New laces hold up well, haven't had a problem since. :))
