Our experience with DIDWW has been great. The rates are good, the portal is well thought out and easy to use, the customer service is great, and of course the service itself is of high quality!

DIDWW has nothing to do with these calls or scammers. UK should follow other countries and implement STIR/SHAKEN for caller ID authentication. These scammers use DIDWW’s and other number ranges that are published by the regulator, VoIP technology allows for caller ID spoofing. All these negative reviews on DIDWW are wrong and misleading.

Great company for wholesale and operators. Good support. Regarding spam calls, I got spam calls on the first day with new AT&T number. It's a global problem and have no connection to operator.

Many of these reviews are misinformed. DIDWW is a VoIP telecom operator who offers inbound/outbound services. While customers of DIDWW may be misusing their services resulting in "fraud" or "scams" the underlying issue is with the VoIP technology which for the moment can be misused by malicious players.

DIDWW is a superb vendor we have many years working with. They provide top-notch commercial and technical support, with competetive pricing and great quality.

Incoming landline call from 'Heating Services' in Manchester, December 20, didn't feel right, arriving at the exact moment I was repairing my boiler! Discovering it to be routed via the Irish DiDWW web/phone link service, I left a one star review here. But... pleased to say now that DiDWW.com responded early next day, to tell me they have suspended the 'heating company' involved.

I have been using them for business.py phone costs have dropped significantly, I can take my phone anywhere there is reliable internet.my sms codes get forwarded the customer service has been efficient. Every now and then the time that appears on my phone shifts ant I need to reset it. The min charge is $50 but I use more than that Monthly will the calls and # of lines.. I have 5 lines and it's way less than Vonage service and I can't really tell the difference.

Worst experience. Totally Scam company. They ask you to charge account and will not provide the sip services described on their site. Absolutely to avoid. Money lost...

The company has good offering on the market. However, phone services require high level of reliability. DIDWW is not reliable. You can be a client for years, build your business around their phone numbers and one day they cancel your services for no legal reason. You loose years of work. They use force majeure clause of the contract to legalize their one sided decisions.

Phone numbers are sold for scams, phishing, fraud. Install a reliable caller ID app and don't answer calls originating from DIDWW. Look out for vulnerable users who might answer unsolicited calls from scammers and warn them.

Never got to use their service because the lowest payment on their website you can do is 50USD even when the cost of the services per month you need is 16UDS.

They try to get you to commit to use their service with 50USD deposit at the start with NO POSSIBLE REFUND OF YOUR PREPAID CREDIT as the customer support told me. No thank you for such extortion.

I use this website for private reasons and not for business reasons. I got local US phone numbers so that I can be called for cheaper rates. I have no problems with the website. The call forwarding to my cellphone and as well to virtual phone numbers works perfectly fine. The support is beyond friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend this website and this company!

This is completely scam company. They lie you to top up balance and you will never get the refund. Your money on credit card will went forever.
Horrible support service, rude chat.

Absolute disgrace. Difficult to work with, sales team tell you lies to sign you up about products and services then once paid the services are suddenly not available.
Support is slow and calls cut out a lot.
Caused me a lot of stress and billed me for anoher month after only 2 weeks saying that is how there billing cycle works.
Support staff are rude and you can only communicate via a chat window tht you have to keep clicking back and forth to and wont stay up while trying to resolve issues.
No apology or compensation and no idea how to deal with small customers.
So dissapointed with this company. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Horrible service ever, I am working an online business long time from Israel, and now moving and based in Cyprus, and was needed for Israeli phone numbers for forwarding SMS from my eBay stores, the agent said we can not provide you a service for this purpose, asking why? and disconnect the conversation in my face, disaster!!! elementary human relationship
